Terms and Conditions For EU - NG Eid Al-Adha Campaign
Campaign Period: 14th May 2026 – 20th May 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Eid Al-Adha Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The "LemFi Eid Al-Adha Campaign" is a limited-time prize draw where eligible LemFi users in Germany can win a €500 grocery voucher after completing a qualifying transfer of €1,500 or more in a single transaction during the promotional period.
Reward: Three (3) eligible participants will each receive a €500 grocery shopping voucher redeemable at a participating shopping centre or supermarket in Germany.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins on 14th May 2026 and ends on 20th May 2026 (inclusive).
Participant: Existing LemFi customers residing in Germany who meet the eligibility criteria.
Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.
Qualifying Transaction: A single transfer of €1,500 or more sent via the LemFi platform within the Promotion Period.
1. LemFi Eid Al-Adha Campaign
You may participate in this Programme from 14th May 2026 to 20th May 2026, until the Programme is terminated, withdrawn, suspended, or modified by LemFi.
2. Eligibility to Participate
Participation in this campaign is open to LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:
- This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
- Participants must reside in Germany, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
- Participants must complete a qualifying transaction as outlined in Section 4.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
3. Rewards
- A total of three (3) winners will each receive a €500 grocery shopping voucher redeemable at a participating shopping centre or supermarket in Germany.
- The total voucher pool for this campaign is €1,500 (€500 × 3 winners).
- The reward is limited to one (1) voucher per winner, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made during the campaign period.
- Vouchers will be distributed between 21st May 2026 and 24th May 2026.
- Winners are encouraged to use their vouchers for Eid grocery shopping on or before 27th May 2026.
4. How to Qualify
- Send €1,500 or more in a single transaction between 14th May 2026 and 20th May 2026 (inclusive) via the LemFi platform.
- Only single transactions of €1,500 or more sent during the campaign period qualify. Cumulative or split transfers do not count towards the qualifying amount.
- Making multiple qualifying transactions does not increase a participant's chances of winning. Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) voucher.
- Participants must retain proof of their qualifying transaction (transaction receipt, confirmation email, or transaction history from their LemFi account).
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible qualifying entries received during the promotion period.
- Winners will be notified by LemFi via the contact details associated with their LemFi account within a reasonable time following the close of the campaign.
- Winners must respond to LemFi's notification within the timeframe specified in the notification. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in the reward being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
- Upon confirmation, winners' €500 grocery vouchers will be distributed between 21st May 2026 and 24th May 2026.
6. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards
- The voucher reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative reward.
- Only one €500 voucher may be awarded per winner, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made.
- Reward eligibility requires a Valid LemFi Account and full compliance with these terms.
- LemFi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim a voucher reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes the Participant's account7. Receiving and Using Rewards**
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke the reward if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any reward, Programme-related materials, or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way, or if any participant's email address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8.2 LemFi is not liable for any delays or failures in voucher distribution caused by circumstances beyond LemFi's reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, supply chain delays, or force majeure events.
8.3 LemFi is not responsible for any vouchers issued in error due to system faults and reserves the right to reverse any such issuance.
9. Other Terms and Conditions
9.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the Eid Al-Adha Campaign at any time without notice.
9.2 If a participant breaches the User Agreement, violates laws, or engages in fraudulent behaviour, LemFi may suspend or terminate the participant's account or void their reward eligibility.
9.3 LemFi reserves the right to verify all qualifying transactions and may request additional documentation to confirm eligibility.
9.4 This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated by LemFi.
9.5 By participating in this campaign, winners consent to LemFi using their username or first name for promotional purposes in connection with this campaign, without additional compensation.

10. Governing Law
Europe Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of the European Union, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
