1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on May 5th, 2025, and ends on May 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• You must have an existing active LemFi account but have not made a transaction yet.
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign.
• You must be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• You must send your first successful international transfer to any country which LemFi facilitates international transfers within the campaign period mentioned above.
• Your first transaction must be at least $/C$/£150 in value, respective to the currency of the country in which your LemFi account is based. This transaction must be sent within the campaign period detailed above.
• You must be one of the first 1000 eligible participants to win the prize of 500 reward points on the LemFi app.

3. Non-Eligible Users

Employees, officers, and directors of LemFi ("Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, influencers, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion or win a prize.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in any country or jurisdiction not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation.

4. How to Participate

• Ensure that you meet the Eligibility Criteria.
• Send a qualifying first transaction.
• Entry into the promotion and the use of your account to send funds to Nigeria remains subject to the general terms and conditions of our Services.
• For the purpose of this promotion, all participants agree to our Privacy Notice and accept additional data processing activities.
• A customer who participates in the promotion and wins shall only be entitled to win the 500 reward points once during this promotion.

5. How Does the Rewards Work

• To earn 500 points, an eligible user must successfully meet the Eligibility Criteria:
  • Have an existing active LemFi account and be based in the US, Canada, or UK.
  • Send a qualifying international transfer transaction.
• The user will receive their 500 reward points at the latest 30 business days after the campaign has concluded.
• The user must be among the first 1000 eligible participants.

6. Description of Prize

500 Reward Points
The 500 Reward Points will appear in the rewards menu of the LemFi app for any winner to use against a future international money transfer within 30 days from the date the 500 Reward Points were awarded.

7. Maximum Winners

The first 1000 eligible participants will be awarded the prize.

8. Prize Restrictions

No substitution or transfer of the reward points is permitted, except by LemFi, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize of equal value.

9. Winners Notification

Winners will be notified via email within 15 business days of the prize award date. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the draw.

10. Conduct

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any third-party conditions required for fulfillment of the Prize. The decisions of the Sponsor shall be final, binding, and non-appealable in all respects.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be:

• Tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion.
• Acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules.
• Acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor, acting reasonably, to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

All associated entries and/or registrations from such individuals will be void.
