LEMFI DIWALI PRIZE DRAW 2026 (AUSTRALIA)
Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Enter by sending a Qualifying Transfer to India.
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
1.1 Pomelo Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 11 671 816 283), trading as LemFi, of C/o Dentons Australia Limited, Level 16, 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 ("LemFi", "we", "us" or "our") runs the LemFi Diwali Prize Draw 2026 (Australia) (the "Prize Draw").
1.2 By entering the Prize Draw you agree to these terms. Please read them before you enter.
1.3 These terms apply only to the Prize Draw. Our Terms of Service continue to govern your transfers and your use of the LemFi app, and nothing in these terms changes them.

3. WHO CAN ENTER
3.1 You can enter the Prize Draw if, when you enter, you:
- a) are aged 18 or over;
- b) live in Australia; and
- c) hold a LemFi account with us that is open, fully verified and in good standing.
3.2 You cannot enter if you are an employee, officer or contractor of LemFi or any company in its group, an employee of any agency involved in running the Prize Draw or a member of the immediate family or household of any of those people.
3.3 We may ask you for reasonable proof that you meet these conditions. If you cannot provide it, we may treat your entries as invalid.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Each Qualifying Transfer gives you one entry automatically. You do not need to do anything else.
4.2 A "Qualifying Transfer" is a single money transfer that:
- a) you send from your LemFi account during the Promotion Period;
- b) goes to a recipient in India;
- c) is for at least AUD 100; and
- d) completes successfully and is not cancelled, reversed or refunded.
4.3 Several smaller transfers that together reach AUD 100 do not count.
4.4 You can have up to 10 entries in total. We will not count any entries above that number.
4.5 There is no entry fee. We charge our usual fees and exchange rate for a Qualifying Transfer, and you pay nothing extra to enter.
4.6 Every valid entry has the same chance of winning.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1 There is one prize: a digital Apple Gift Card worth AUD 1,000, for use in Australia. The total prize value is AUD 1,000.
5.2 The gift card is subject to Apple's terms. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
5.3 The prize is not transferable and we cannot exchange it for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we will try to agree a replacement with the winner. If we cannot agree one, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. THE DRAW
6.1 We will draw the winner at 10:00 am UK time (9:00 pm Sydney time) on 15 December 2026 at The Jellicoe, 5 Beaconsfield Street, London N1C 4EW, United Kingdom, using a computerised random selection process, from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. A person who is independent of the team running the campaign will supervise the draw.
6.2 Your chance of winning depends on the number of valid entries we receive.
7. NOTIFYING THE WINNER AND SENDING THE PRIZE
7.1 We will notify the winner in writing, by email to the address registered to their LemFi account, within two business days after the draw. We will also try to call them.
7.2 To claim the prize, the winner must reply by 23:59 on 31 December 2026 to accept the prize and confirm that they meet the conditions in clause 3.
7.3 We will send the gift card to the winner by email within 28 days after the draw.
7.4 We will not publish the winner's name or other details without their consent.
8. UNCLAIMED PRIZE REDRAW
8.1 If the winner does not claim the prize by the deadline in clause 7.2, does not meet the conditions in clause 3 or cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, they will not receive the prize.
8.2 We will then redraw the prize at the time and address in clause 6.1 on 11 January 2027, in the same way as the original draw.
8.3 We will notify the redraw winner in writing within two business days after the redraw. They must claim the prize within 14 days after we notify them, and we will send it within 28 days after the redraw.
8.4 If the redraw winner does not claim the prize, we will hold a further redraw in the same way, at the time and address in clause 6.1, on the first business day after their claim period ends. We will repeat this until the prize is claimed.
9. INVALID ENTRIES
9.1 We may treat an entry as invalid, or withhold the prize, if we reasonably believe that the entrant has:
- a) broken these terms or our Terms of Service;
- b) acted fraudulently or dishonestly;
- c) used more than one LemFi account or someone else's identity; or
- d) split or structured transfers to gain entries.
9.2 We may also do so where we restrict, suspend or close an account, or delay or reverse a transfer, to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
10. CHANGES TO THE PRIZE DRAW
10.1 We may change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw only if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, such as fraud, a technical failure or a legal requirement, and subject to any direction from a state or territory regulator. If we do, we will tell entrants through the channels we used to promote the Prize Draw.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
11.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee or other term, that the Australian Consumer Law or any other law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, once we have sent the gift card we are not responsible for Apple's acts or omissions, or for any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
12.1 We use the personal information we hold about you to run the Prize Draw, check eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize. Entering does not sign you up to marketing.
12.2 We may give the winner's name and email address to the gift card supplier, only so that it can deliver the prize.

14. GOVERNING LAW
14.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
