Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Refer 2 Friends, Get £40 & Earn Rewards" Campaign - October 2025

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Refer 2 Friends, Get £40 Campaign.
Pomelo Technology US Inc. “LemFi”, (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a “Referral Program”). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in the LemFi Transfer & Get Rewarded Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFI Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The Refer 2 friends get £40 campaign is open to users who refer at least two (2) friends using their referral code. For each successful referral, the friend must sign up and send £50 or more to Nigeria during the campaign period: 16 October to 31 October, 2025.
Prize: £20 cashback each for the referrer and referred when they complete their first qualifying transfer of £50 or more to Nigeria. The referrer will receive £20 automatic in-app cashback for two friends and an additional bonus £20 when at least two of their referred friends each send £50 or more to Nigeria.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins October 16, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.
Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi customers.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between October 16 and October 31, 2025, until Lemfi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Prizes/Rewards

Rewards Breakdown:
The referrer will receive an in-app cashback of £20 for two referrals within 24 hours of completing a qualifying transaction to Nigeria.
The referrer will receive an additional £20 for every 2 successful referrals within the campaign period who send £50 or more to Nigeria. This will be credited to the referrer’s LemFi wallet within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
The referrer can refer as many friends as possible within the campaign period, and get extra £20 for every two friends that make the qualifying transaction.

For Example:
2 Friends download the app using your code and each send £50 to Nigeria would entitle you - 2x £10 in-app referral bonus.
In addition, you get a bonus of £20 for the two friends, making your total reward £40.

4. How to Qualify

To earn Rewards, you must:

• Share your referral code found in the LemFi app with a minimum of two friends.
• Your friends must sign up using your code and send £50 (“Qualifying Transfer”) or more to Nigeria during the campaign period.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning

• This offer is valid only during the promotion period: 16th to 31st October.
• Only GBP transfers to Nigeria are eligible for this promotion.
• Referred users must create an account and send £50 or more to Nigeria within the campaign period for the referral to be considered successful.
• Users who signed up with a referral code before the start of the campaign period are not eligible for this promotion.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this promotion if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the inactive users campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

9. GOVERNING LAW

UK Customers - This campaign is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
