Terms and Conditions for LemFi's Europe Weekend Reward Points Campaign

Earn €10 equivalent in reward points on transfers of €150 and above to Ghana this weekend.

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in LemFi's "Earn Rewards on Transfers" Campaign. By participating in the LemFi Weekend Reward Points Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Qualified Transaction: A single transfer of at least €150 to Ghana.

Program/Promotion: "Weekend Reward Points" Campaign. This campaign rewards eligible participants with €10 equivalent in reward points for completing a qualified transfer to Ghana during the promotion period.

Prize: €10 in Reward points credited to the participant's LemFi account.

Promotion Period: From 00:00 GMT 11th April 2026 to 23:59 GMT, 12th April 2026.

Participant: Individuals with an active LemFi account and legal residence in the European Union.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between 00:00 GMT 11th April 2026 and 23:59 GMT 12th April 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it. The Campaign will automatically end once the reward pool for 500 users has been exhausted, even if this occurs before the Promotion Period ends.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above. Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Campaign Offer

• Participants who make a single transfer of at least €150 from Europe to Ghana during the Promotion Period will receive €10 equivalent in reward points credited to their LemFi account.
• Rewards are limited to the first Qualified Transaction only, with a maximum of one (1) reward per user.
• Rewards are available to the first 500 eligible participants on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

4. How to Participate

• Download or open the LemFi app.
• Send at least €150 from the EU to Ghana between 00:00 GMT 11th April 2026 and 23:59 GMT 12th April 2026.
• Earn €10 equivalent in reward points credited to your LemFi account within five (5) working days of a successfully completed transfer.

5. Reward Conditions

• Reward points will be credited within five (5) working days after the Qualified Transaction has been successfully completed.
• Points will be issued to the participant's LemFi account.
• Points can be redeemed for future transfers within the LemFi app.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
• LemFi reserves the right to delay or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Restrictions

• Accounts created fraudulently are ineligible.
• Only transfers sent from Europe to Ghana qualify.
• Minimum transfer must be €150 or equivalent.
• Multiple transactions do not qualify for multiple rewards.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity will result in disqualification.
• Employees, influencers, contractors, and partners of LemFi are excluded.

7. General Conditions

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke any reward if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THIS PROGRAM.

All warranties, express and implied, regarding the Program and use of the LemFi app services are disclaimed (including, without limitation, the disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property and/or fitness for a particular purpose). LemFi makes no representation or warranty with respect to any results obtainable through this Program or the delivery time of any other rewards it may promote.

9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Weekend Reward Points Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

9.2. If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use this Program in breach of the Program Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

10. GOVERNING LAW

Europe Customers – These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin.
