Terms and Conditions – LemFi Europe to Nigeria Conversion Campaign – April 2026

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Europe to Nigeria Conversion Campaign (the "Promotion"). Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer promotional incentives to eligible users of its services (a "Promotion"). Any prizes or incentives under such Promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in the LemFi Europe to Nigeria Conversion Campaign (the "Conversion Campaign" or the "Promotion"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Promotion or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Promotion: The "Europe to Nigeria Conversion Campaign" is a limited-time incentive where eligible LemFi users who have registered but not yet completed their first transfer stand a chance to win a share of €2,500 by completing a qualifying single transfer of €150 or more to Nigeria during the Promotion Period.

Prize Pool: €2,500 distributed among 10 winners as follows:

Promotion Period: April 13th, 2026 to April 23rd, 2026.

Referral Code: Not applicable to this Promotion.

Participant: LemFi users based in Europe (EU) who signed up between 1st January 2026 and 23rd April 2026 and have not yet completed their first transfer, and who meet the eligibility criteria.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.

1. LemFi Europe to Nigeria Conversion Campaign

You may participate in this Promotion from April 13th, 2026 to April 23rd, 2026 until the Promotion is terminated, withdrawn, suspended, or modified by LemFi. Ten (10) winners will be selected at the end of the Promotion Period and announced on April 25th, 2026. The more you send above the €150 minimum, the greater your chance of winning a larger prize.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This Promotion is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above who reside in Europe (EU), have a fully verified LemFi account, have registered on LemFi between 1st January 2026 and 23rd April 2026, have not completed a transfer on LemFi prior to the Promotion Period, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Prize Draws and Winners

Winners will be selected through a draw system. The probability of winning and the prize tier allocated to each winner will be weighted based on the total value of qualifying transfers completed during the Promotion Period. Higher transfer amounts increase the Participant's chance of winning and of being allocated a higher prize tier.

Ten (10) winners will be selected at the end of the Promotion Period and announced on April 25th, 2026.

Winners will be notified via email. Each Participant can win only one (1) prize in total throughout the campaign, regardless of the number of qualifying entries.

If a winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 (seven) days of the email being sent and received, LemFi reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate.

4. How to Enter and Win

• Participants must complete a single transfer of €150 or more to Nigeria during the Promotion Period (April 13th, 2026 to April 23rd, 2026).
• Each qualifying transfer constitutes one entry into the prize draw. The higher the transfer amount, the greater the Participant's chance of winning and being allocated a higher prize tier.
• Only the first qualifying transfer per Participant will be considered for entry into the draw.
• Ten (10) winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

5. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, and Winnings

• Participants must comply with LemFi's User Agreement and all applicable laws.
• Transfers must be completed and fully settled during the Promotion Period to qualify as a valid entry.
• Only eligible transactions completed via the LemFi platform qualify for entry.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify participants based on fraudulent activity, account irregularities, or any breach of these Terms.
• Winners will be notified via the contact details associated with their LemFi account.
• LemFi is not responsible for any failure to contact a winner due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

6. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, and Winnings

Prize amounts will be credited to the winner's LemFi account within 7 working days of the winners being announced.

Participants must not be LemFi employees, affiliates, or influencers. This offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash outside of the LemFi platform.

7. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)

This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual qualifying transfer activity.

8. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke any prize if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the prize. Prize awards are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification.

LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, prize, or Promotion-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way, or if any Participant's email address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Europe to Nigeria Conversion Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Europe to Nigeria Conversion Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Promotion, the award of prizes, or your compliance with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is subject to the laws of the European Union and the respective member state in which the Participant resides, to which the Participant and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
