Terms and Conditions for "EU-NG New Senders" Boosted Rate Campaign – April – June 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the EU-NG New Senders Boosted Rate Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi EU-NG New Senders Boosted Rate Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The EU-NG New Senders Boosted Rate Campaign is open to new LemFi users onboarding in the EU between April 29 and June 30, 2026.

Prize: Eligible users will receive a boosted rate of ₦10 for each €1 sent on their first transfer from Europe to Nigeria.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins April 29, 2026, and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT.

Participant: The campaign is open to new LemFi users who register and onboard on the LemFi app within the EU between April 29 and June 30, 2026.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between April 29, 2026, and June 30, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
• The campaign is exclusively open to new LemFi users who onboard within the EU during the Promotion Period.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This campaign is open only to LemFi customers who receive the official communication from LemFi.

3. Prizes/Awards

Eligible new senders will receive a boosted rate of ₦10 for each €1 sent from Europe to Nigeria on their first transfer.

4. How to Win the Prize

Onboard: Register and complete onboarding on the LemFi app within the EU between April 29, 2026, and June 30, 2026.

Send Money: Make your first transfer from Europe to Nigeria during the Promotion Period.

Qualified new senders will receive a boosted rate of ₦10 for each €1 on their first transfer from Europe to Nigeria.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, and Winning

• LemFi users who onboard and make their first transfer from Europe to Nigeria within the qualifying period will receive a boosted rate of ₦10 for each €1 on that first transfer.
• This promotion is only applicable to transfers from Europe to Nigeria.
• The boosted rate applies to the first transfer only. Subsequent transfers will be processed at the standard prevailing rate.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Accrued rewards can only be used against any future international money transfers after such rewards have been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the EU-NG New Senders Boosted Rate Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Other Terms and Conditions

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earning of the boosted rate, or your compliance with the terms and conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the rewards of the Participant.

9. Governing Law

Europe Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of the European Union, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
