If you are participating in the promotion for LemFi November Refer & Earn offer, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. Your participation in this promotion is subject to your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions below. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, please do not participate in this promotion.

Promotion Title: LemFi Refer & Earn offer in November for senders to Pakistan

This promotion features a chance for customers, sending money to Pakistan to get a cashback of €30 from LemFi on referring 3 people, between 18th November and 30th November 2025. Additionally, if customers refer 6 people, the total additional bonus will be €50.

Qualifying Criteria:

An existing LemFi customer must refer another Non-LemFi customer through their app-generated code. The referred customers must make at least one transaction, sending money to Pakistan from the EU and the total transaction amount should be above €100 or more.

Promotion Period: November 18th 2025 to 30th November 2025.

Payment of Cashback:

The cashback will be paid to the qualifying customers by 7th December 2025 directly in their LemFi Wallet capped at €50.

The promotion details, including the cashback offer and referral rewards, are consistent across all advertising materials, social media posts, and official communications related to this campaign.The selection of customers eligible for cashback will be subject to LemFi’s sole discretion without recourse to dispute or legal action.

To be eligible for the Promotion, you must:

• Offer is valid for LemFi users in the EU only who send money to Pakistan during November 18th to November 30th 2025.
• The referred user must make one or more transactions during this period and the total transaction amount should be above €100 or more.
• The user must complete the full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• Offer applies to transfers initiated from the EU to Pakistan.
• You must have a valid LemFi Account.
• Customers participating in the offer must comply with LemFi's general Terms of Service.

Valid LemFi Account

For the purposes of this promotion, a Valid LemFi Account refers to a customer account that meets all of the following criteria:

• The account is fully registered and active on the LemFi platform.
• The customer has completed all required identity verification (KYC) steps as mandated by LemFi and relevant regulatory authorities.
• The account is unrestricted and in good standing, with no holds, suspensions, or closures due to suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• The account is eligible to perform international money transfers according to LemFi’s policies.

Only transactions and activities conducted through a Valid LemFi Account will qualify for participation in this promotion, including eligibility for rewards such as cashback, points, or referral bonuses.

LemFi reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an account qualifies as Valid for the purposes of this promotion.

Promotional Offer Details

Competitive Exchange Rates:

• LemFi strives to offer competitive exchange rates for international money transfers.
• Exchange rates are subject to real-time fluctuations and are determined at the time the transfer is initiated and confirmed.
• Any claim of "Best or Competitive Exchange Rate" is based on internal assessments and comparisons at the time of promotion and may not reflect all available rates across the market.

Fast Transfers:

• Transfer times may vary depending on the destination country, receiving institution, local regulations, transaction value, and additional verification requirements.
• While many transfers are completed within minutes, LemFi makes no guarantees on specific delivery times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers, regulatory actions, technical issues, or force majeure events.

Cashback Terms

• Cashback rewards are credited to the customer's LemFi wallet and may only be used for future transactions within the platform.
• Cashback cannot be transferred to external bank accounts, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the LemFi platform.
• Cashback eligibility may be revoked in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse of the offer, or breach of LemFi’s Terms of Service.
• Only one cashback reward per user, household, or device/IP address, unless otherwise authorized in writing by LemFi.

LemFi Promotion and Reward Terms

LemFi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, delay, cancel, or revoke any cashback or other rewards if it determines that a Participant has violated these Terms, the LemFi User Agreement, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or irregular activity. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where LemFi restricts or closes a Participant’s Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

If, for any reason, LemFi is unable to fulfill a promised reward, an alternative reward of equal value may be offered at LemFi’s sole discretion. All reward redemptions are final, non-returnable, and subject to review and verification.

LemFi is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any loss, fraud, abuse, theft, delays, incomplete submissions, illegibility, interruptions, alterations, defects, misdirection, or tampering related to any Program-related communication, email, reward, referral, or account information. This also applies if a Participant’s contact details — including email address or Valid Account — are invalid, deleted, or modified without prior written notice to LemFi.

The Program is void where prohibited by law or where a Participant’s account activity, referrals, or transactions are found to be fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise irregular.

All interpretations of these Terms and any decisions made by LemFi are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM. .

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME AND USE OF THE LEMFI APP SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). LEMFI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF ANY OTHER REWARDS IT MAY PROMOTE.

General Terms

• Modification or Termination: LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice and without liability to any participant.

• Non-Transferability: Offers are personal to the recipient and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared unless explicitly authorized.

• Right to Refuse: LemFi reserves the right to refuse or reverse promotional benefits at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or violation.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• LemFi’s decisions regarding all matters related to this promotion are final and binding.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Programme, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Referral Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use the Referral Programme in breach of Referral Program Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.
