Win A Flight Ticket Voucher Campaign

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in Win a Flight Ticket Voucher Campaign.
Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", a Delaware corporation (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a "Referral Program"). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in LemFi and Win a Flight Ticket Voucher Campaign you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Program or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

• Program/Promotion: The Win a flight ticket voucher campaign is only open to users who have transacted on the LemFi app.
• Prize: Eligible users who complete two single transactions of €200 or more will qualify to enter into the draw to win a flight ticket voucher for €1000 to Kenya.
• Promotion Period: The campaign begins September 8th, 2025, and ends on October 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.
• Participant: Existing LemFi users who have sent at least one successful international transfer transaction using LemFi prior to the start of the campaign period.
• Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Referral Program Period (Define)

You may participate in this campaign between September 8th, 2025, and October 31st, 2025 until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate? (Define)

This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.

• Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi's standard terms of service.
• You must have an existing active LemFi account.
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign.
• You must have sent at least one successful international transfer transaction using LemFi prior to the start of the campaign period.
• To qualify, the user must complete international money transfers that meet the criteria applicable to their country of residence. For users in the European Union, this requires sending up to €400 within the months of September and October 2025.

Not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Types of Prizes/Awards (Define)

• 3 winners will be awarded a €1000 flight ticket voucher.

4. How to win Prize, earn points, cashback

• Send Money: Make two single transfers of €200 or more from the EU to Kenya between September 8th and October 31st, 2025, to enter the draw.
• Make sure you have sent up to €400 or more using LemFi between September 8th, 2025 and October 31st, 2025.
• For every €100 sent after entering the draw gives you an additional 1 entry point (maximum entry points are 5).
• 3 winners will be awarded €1000 flight ticket vouchers.
• The winner will be announced within 7 working days after the campaign ends.

5. Restrictions Applicable to prizes, awards, winning

This promotion is open exclusively to existing LemFi users who complete two single transfers of €200 or more to Kenya and achieve a cumulative transfer amount of €1,000 between 8th September and 31st October 2025.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 8.1 We reserve the right to amend or terminate the inactive users campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
• 8.2 If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.
• 8.3 Any questions or complaints regarding any Referral Programme can be addressed to our Customer Service Team: support@lemfi.com.

11. GOVERNING LAW

EU Customers: This campaign is subject to laws of the European Union to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
