These AI Chatbot Terms of Service govern your use of the fully automated customer support and information tool (the "AI Chatbot") provided by Pomelo Technology US Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, "LemFi," "we," or "us"). By interacting with the AI Chatbot, you agree to these terms, which are incorporated into and subject to the broader LemFi User Agreement.

Fully Automated Interaction: You acknowledge and agree that the AI Chatbot is a fully automated system and not a human representative.
No Binding Advice: The information provided by the AI Chatbot is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Any decision made based on AI Chatbot outputs is at your sole risk.
Human Intervention: If you require a human representative or have complex account inquiries, you should contact our support team directly at support@lemfi.com.
2. Privacy and Data Usage
Incorporation of Privacy Notice: Your use of the AI Chatbot is governed by the LemFi Global Privacy Notice.
Data Collection: We collect and process the text of your interactions to resolve your requests, improve AI performance, and ensure the safety of our Services.
Prohibited Information: Please DO NOT share sensitive personal information—such as passwords, full Social Security numbers, or bank account access codes—within the chat interface.
Anonymization: We reserve the right to anonymize and use de-identified chat data for legitimate business purposes, such as research and development, without further notice or consent.
3. Eligibility and Conduct
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the AI Chatbot and LemFi Services.
Lawful Use: You must not use the AI Chatbot to violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt the security or functionality of the system.
Account Blocking: If we suspect the AI Chatbot is being used for illegal activities or fraud, we may block your account immediately without prior notice.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Hallucinations: You understand that AI technology may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or "hallucinated" information. LemFi is not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on such information.
Liability Limit: LemFi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any fault or failure beyond our reasonable control relating to data processing systems or the use of third-party AI providers.
5. Consent to Electronic Communications
- Automated Messages: By using the AI Chatbot, you expressly consent to receiving automated electronic communications from LemFi regarding your inquiries.
- Opt-Out: You may stop receiving promotional communications at any time by emailing support@lemfi.com.
