1. Campaign Period:

The campaign begins on August 1st, 2025, and ends on September 12th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility criteria:

• Open to both new and existing users.
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign.
• You must be based in the US.
• You must make a qualifying transfer to Nigeria during the campaign period to qualify.

3. How to Participate:

To win a school kit, a Lemfi user must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria.
For New Users - someone who has never made a transfer with the LemFi app prior to the start of the the campaign:

• Complete your first transfer with LemFi during the campaign to earn 2 entries. This transfer must be to Nigeria.
• After this first transfer, any additional single transfer of $200 or more to Nigeria will earn 1 additional entry.

For Existing Users - someone who has made at least one transfer to Nigeria using the LemFi app prior to the start of this campaign:

• Send $200 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria to earn 1 entry.
• Every qualifying transfer counts as a separate entry.

4. Prizes

Each Week:

• 5 Winners in the US will nominate someone in Nigeria to receive a Back-to-School Kit
  (Includes: Naira 100,000 via LemFi, backpack, stationery bundle and an Android tablet)

5. How Do the Rewards Work

• Winners selected randomly and announced weekly.
• Announcement every Tuesday for the previous week's winners.
• Entries reset each week—send again to qualify.
• Winners will be contacted and must respond within 3 days or risk disqualification and reassignment of the prize.
• Winners will be notified via email within 3 business days of the prize award date. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the draw.
• A winner cannot win more than one prize.

6. Disqualification Criteria:

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

7. Privacy and Consent:

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General Terms:

LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.

10. WINNERS NOTIFICATION:
