EUROPE - GHANA WEEKEND GIVEAWAY CAMPAIGN
Terms and Conditions for LemFi's Europe Weekend Giveaway Campaign
Transfer €100 or more in a single transfer to Ghana during the Promotion Period to be eligible for one of five €50 Lidl vouchers.
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in LemFi's "Earn Rewards on Transfers" Campaign. Pomelo Technology US Inc. ("LemFi") may offer referral programs, awards, or incentives. Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
- Eligible Participant: A Participant who meets all the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry: One valid entry into the prize draw earned by completing at least one Qualified Transaction during the Promotion Period.
- Participant: An individual who holds an active LemFi account and participates in the Promotion.
- Prize: One €50 Lidl shopping voucher. A total of five prizes are available.
- Promotion: LemFi's "Europe Weekend Giveaway".
- Promotion Period: From 00:00 GMT on 25 July 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 26 July 2026.
- Qualified Transaction: A single successful transfer of at least €100 from an eligible European LemFi account to a recipient in Ghana during the Promotion Period.
A transaction will not qualify where it is cancelled, reversed, refunded, charged back or otherwise unsuccessful.
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reside in the European Union.
- Have a valid LemFi account in good standing.
- Make at least one Qualified Transaction during the Promotion Period.
- Send funds to Ghana only.
Prizes/Awards
A total of five Eligible Participants will each win one €50 Lidl shopping voucher. Each winner may receive a maximum of one Prize.
Prizes:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be transferred to another person.
- Cannot be credited to a LemFi account.
- Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without the winner's permission after delivery.
- Are subject to any additional terms, expiry dates and restrictions imposed by Lidl or the voucher provider.
LemFi may replace a Prize with another voucher of equal or greater value where a Lidl voucher is unavailable in the winner's country.
Lidl does not sponsor, administer or endorse this Promotion and is not responsible for any aspect of the Promotion.
Reward Conditions
- Five winners will be selected at random from all valid Entries received during the Promotion Period.
- The prize draw will take place within five working days after the Promotion Period ends.
- The chances of winning will depend on the total number of valid Entries received.
- LemFi's decision regarding winner selection and eligibility will be final, subject to applicable law.
Winner Notification and Prize Claim
Winners will be contacted using the email address, telephone number, push notification service or other contact details associated with their LemFi account.
Winners may be required to confirm their identity, country of residence and continued eligibility before receiving the Prize.
A winner must respond to LemFi within seven calendar days of the first notification.
Where a winner:
- Does not respond within the required period;
- Cannot be contacted;
- Does not provide the requested information;
- Is found to be ineligible; or
- Has breached these Terms and Conditions,
LemFi may withdraw the Prize and randomly select a replacement winner from the remaining valid Entries.
Restrictions
- Accounts created fraudulently are ineligible.
- Only transfers sent from Europe to Ghana qualify.
- Minimum transfer must be €100 or equivalent.
- Multiple transactions do not qualify for multiple rewards.
- Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity will result in disqualification.
- Employees, influencers, contractors, and partners of LemFi are excluded.
- LemFi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Programme, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. LemFi's maximum aggregate liability to participant and any third party under any and all circumstances shall be the then-current 10 Euro value of the participant's unspent monetary reward under this Program.
All warranties, express and implied, regarding the Program and use of the LemFi app services are disclaimed (including, without limitation, the disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property and/or fitness for a particular purpose). LemFi makes no representation or warranty with respect to any results obtainable through this Program or the delivery time of any other rewards it may promote.
Other Terms and Conditions
10.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Programme, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
10.2 If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use this Program in breach of the Program Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
hese Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin.
