LemFi Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Overview and how these Terms work

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the LemFi Monthly Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw"), operated by the LemFi group company identified for your market in clause 2 ("LemFi", "we", "us" or "our"). By entering the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 These Terms are standing terms. They apply to each monthly draw and remain in force until we withdraw or replace them.

1.3 The details that change from month to month are not set out in these Terms. Before each Draw Period opens, we will publish a notice (each a "Monthly Announcement") through our own channels, which may include in-app messages, push notifications, email and the LemFi website. Each Monthly Announcement forms part of these Terms for the Draw Period to which it relates.

1.4 Every Monthly Announcement will state, as a minimum:

• (a) the date on which the Draw Period opens and the date and time on which it closes (the "Closing Date");
• (b) the qualifying destination country or corridor for that Draw Period;
• (c) the Minimum Qualifying Transfer amount for each eligible market;
• (d) the number of winners and the prize for each winner (a cash prize or a gift card, and its value), for each eligible market;
• (e) a link to these Terms and to the online free entry form for that Draw Period (see clause 5); and
• (f) the markets in which the Prize Draw is open for that Draw Period, if it is not open in all of the markets listed at clause 3.1(b).

1.5 A Monthly Announcement may only vary the matters listed at clause 1.4. On any other matter these Terms prevail. If we do not publish a Monthly Announcement for a period, no Prize Draw runs in that period and we collect no entries for it.

1.6 These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, LemFi's General Terms and Conditions of Service and LemFi's Privacy Policy, which continue to apply.

1.7 The current version of these Terms is available at lemfi.com/promotions. We may amend these Terms, but any amendment takes effect only from the start of the next Draw Period and will not affect entries already submitted.

2. Promoter

2.1 The promoter of the Prize Draw depends on the market in which your LemFi account is registered or, if you do not hold a LemFi account, the market in which you live (your "market"):

2.2 References in these Terms to "LemFi" mean the promoter for your market.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To enter the Prize Draw you must, at the time of entry:

• (a) be aged eighteen (18) or over, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher;
• (b) be a legal resident of the United Kingdom, a member state of the European Union or Canada (other than the Province of Quebec); and
• (c) hold a LemFi account that is open, fully verified and in good standing, or (if entering by the free entry route) be capable of being accepted as a LemFi customer.

3.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees, officers, contractors and agents of LemFi and its affiliates; their immediate family members and persons living in the same household; and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.

3.3 You may not enter where participation is prohibited or restricted by the law of your country of residence.

3.4 We may use internal systems to identify customers who may be interested in the Prize Draw. Receiving a Monthly Announcement or any other communication from us does not guarantee eligibility, and we may verify eligibility at any time.

4. Entry route 1: qualifying transfer

4.1 You will receive one (1) entry into the draw for that Draw Period each time you complete a single cross-border transfer, to the destination country stated in the Monthly Announcement, of at least the Minimum Qualifying Transfer amount for your market (a "Qualifying Transfer").

4.2 A Qualifying Transfer must be completed in a single transaction. Several smaller transfers that together reach the Minimum Qualifying Transfer amount do not qualify.

4.3 A transfer only counts once it has completed successfully. Pending, failed, cancelled or reversed transfers do not qualify, and if a transfer is cancelled or reversed after an entry is issued, that entry is void.

4.4 The Minimum Qualifying Transfer amount is set out in the Monthly Announcement for each market. LemFi charges its ordinary fees and applies its ordinary exchange rates to a Qualifying Transfer. No part of any fee or rate is attributable to entry into the Prize Draw, and you pay nothing extra to enter.

4.5 A maximum of ten (10) entries per person applies in each Draw Period, across both entry routes combined.

5. Entry route 2: free entry (no purchase or transfer necessary)

5.1 You do not have to make a transfer, or spend any money, to enter the Prize Draw. You may enter free of charge by either of the methods below.

Online free entry

5.2 Complete the online free entry form linked from the Monthly Announcement, providing your full name, date of birth, email address, telephone number and country of residence (and your province or territory, if you live in Canada), together with the Draw Period you wish to enter. You do not need a LemFi account to enter for free.

Postal free entry

5.3 Alternatively, write your full name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, country of residence (and your province or territory, if you live in Canada) and the Draw Period you wish to enter on a plain sheet of paper and post it, with the correct postage affixed, to the promoter's address for your market as set out in clause 2. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Postal entries must be postmarked within the Draw Period and received within seven (7) days of the Closing Date.

Equal treatment

5.4 A free entry carries exactly the same chance of winning as an entry obtained through a Qualifying Transfer. Free entries and Qualifying Transfer entries go into the same draw and are treated identically. We do not distinguish between them at any stage of the selection process.

5.5 The free entry route is no more expensive and no less convenient than entering by making a Qualifying Transfer, and we will give it the same prominence as the Qualifying Transfer route in every Monthly Announcement and in the marketing for each Draw Period.

5.6 The entry limit at clause 4.5 applies to free entries in the same way.

5.7 LemFi accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, damaged or delayed, for postage-due mail or for any failure of an electronic entry to reach us.

6. Prizes

6.1 The prize for each Draw Period is a cash prize or a gift card, as stated in the Monthly Announcement for that Draw Period, which also states the value of each prize and the number of winners.

6.2 Cash prizes are paid in the currency of the winner's market, by credit to the winner's LemFi account or, where the winner does not hold a LemFi account, by bank transfer to an account in the winner's name. Gift cards are issued for use in the winner's country of residence and in its currency, are sent by email and are subject to the issuer's terms.

6.3 Prizes are personal to the winner. They are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for goods, services or any alternative, except that LemFi may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

6.4 There is no limit on the number of Draw Periods you may enter, but a person may win no more than once in any rolling twelve (12) month period.

7. Winner selection, verification and notification

7.1 We will select winners at random, using a verifiably random computer process, from all valid entries for the Draw Period, including postal entries received in accordance with clause 5.3. We will make the draw on, or within five (5) business days after, the last day for receipt of postal entries under clause 5.3.

7.2 A person selected at random is a provisional winner only, and becomes a winner once we have verified their eligibility and, where clause 7.3 applies, they have satisfied the skill-testing requirement.

7.3 Where a provisional winner is resident in Canada, they must first correctly answer, unaided and within the time we specify, a mathematical skill-testing question. A provisional winner who does not answer correctly forfeits the prize, and we will select an alternative winner at random.

7.4 We will contact each provisional winner by email, and where necessary by telephone, using the contact details held on their LemFi account or given on their free entry, within five (5) business days of the draw.

7.5 A provisional winner must respond and provide any information we reasonably require to verify identity and eligibility and to pay the prize within fourteen (14) days of the date we first contact them. If they do not, we may treat the prize as forfeited and select an alternative winner at random.

7.6 We will pay or send prizes within thirty (30) days of the winner completing verification.

7.7 We will publish the first name, the initial of the surname and the town or city of each winner on lemfi.com/promotions after each draw, and will make that information available to anyone who writes to us at the address in clause 2 within eight (8) weeks of the Closing Date. A winner may ask us not to publish this information, or to publish less of it, and we will comply with any reasonable request, though we may still be required to provide the information to a regulator or self-regulatory body on request.

7.8 We may invite a winner to take part in publicity connected with the Prize Draw, including recording a short message or providing a photograph. Taking part is entirely voluntary. A winner who declines does not forfeit the prize and does not need to give a reason.

8. Disqualification, fraud and account abuse

8.1 We may disqualify an entrant, void any entry and withhold or recover any prize where the entrant:

• (a) does not meet the eligibility conditions in clause 3;
• (b) cancels or reverses a transfer relied on for an entry;
• (c) opens or uses more than one LemFi account, uses a false or third party identity or acts in concert with others, in order to obtain additional entries;
• (d) structures or manipulates transactions for the purpose of obtaining entries; or
• (e) otherwise acts fraudulently or in breach of these Terms or of LemFi's General Terms and Conditions of Service.

8.2 An entry or prize may also be withheld or withdrawn where LemFi has a legal or regulatory concern in relation to the underlying transaction, including where a transfer is delayed, withheld or reversed in order for LemFi to comply with its regulatory obligations.

8.3 Before disqualifying an entrant we will, where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, tell them why and give them an opportunity to respond. Nothing in this clause affects an entrant's right to complain to us, to refer a complaint to an ombudsman or regulator or to take legal proceedings.

9. Tax

9.1 Winners are responsible for any tax payable on a prize, and for reporting a prize to the relevant tax authority where required. If you are unsure of your position you should take your own advice.

10. Data protection and privacy

10.1 LemFi processes personal data collected in connection with the Prize Draw in accordance with the LemFi Privacy Policy, available at lemfi.com.

10.2 We use the personal data you provide to administer the Prize Draw, verify eligibility, select and verify winners, pay prizes, publish winner information under clause 7.7 and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Entering the Prize Draw does not sign you up to marketing, and you may withdraw from marketing at any time without affecting your entry.

10.3 We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.4 Entrants in the United Kingdom and the European Union have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of their personal data, and may complain to their data protection supervisory authority. 11. Liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, our total liability to any entrant in connection with the Prize Draw is limited to the value of the prize for the Draw Period in question.

11.3 Subject to clause 11.1, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for any failure or delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control or for technical failures, network or internet faults or an entrant's errors.

12. General

12.1 We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Prize Draw, or any individual Draw Period, where there is a good reason to do so, including where the Prize Draw is being abused, where continuing would breach a legal or regulatory requirement or where events outside our reasonable control make it impracticable to continue. Where we do so we will act reasonably, will give as much notice as is practicable through the same channels used for the Monthly Announcement and will honour entries already validly submitted wherever it is possible to do so.

12.2 Our decisions on the operation of the Prize Draw are made reasonably and in good faith. This does not affect your right to complain or to take legal proceedings.

12.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

12.4 A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

United Kingdom

13.1 For entrants whose market is the United Kingdom, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

European Union

13.2 For entrants whose market is the European Union, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the courts of the Republic of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to entrants under the laws of their country of residence within the European Union and to their right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Canada

13.3 For entrants whose market is Canada, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that Province, and the courts of the Province of Ontario have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to entrants under the laws of their province or territory of residence.

Schedule 1: Supplementary terms by market

The terms in this Schedule apply in addition to the Terms above. Where a term in this Schedule conflicts with the Terms above, the term in this Schedule prevails for entrants in the market to which it relates.

Part A: United Kingdom

A1 The Prize Draw is a free draw. No payment is required to participate, because the free entry route at clause 5 is open to everyone on the same terms, is no more expensive and no less convenient than making a Qualifying Transfer and is treated identically in the allocation of prizes.

A2 The free entry route will be publicised in each Monthly Announcement, and in all marketing for the Prize Draw, with the same prominence as the Qualifying Transfer route.

Part B: European Union

B1 The Prize Draw is a free prize draw. No contribution or payment is required in order to enter, because of the free entry route at clause 5.

B2 The total value of the prizes offered in any single Draw Period to entrants whose market is the European Union will not exceed the amount stated in the Monthly Announcement.

Part C: Canada

C1 No purchase or transfer is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or transfer does not improve your chances of winning.

C2 Before a prize is awarded, a selected entrant resident in Canada must correctly answer, unaided and within the time specified, a mathematical skill-testing question.

C3 The number of prizes and the approximate value of each prize are stated in the Monthly Announcement, together with the markets to which the prizes relate. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received for the Draw Period.

C4 A selected entrant must sign a declaration confirming compliance with these Terms and releasing LemFi from liability in connection with the prize, other than any liability that cannot lawfully be released, before the prize is paid.

C5 Residents of the Province of Quebec are not eligible to enter.
