1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on March 1st, 2025, and ends on March 10th, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.

2. Eligibility

• Referred friends must be new LemFi users who have never signed up or transacted before through LemFi

• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
  • Individuals found to be abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.

3. How to Participate

To earn Rewards, you must:

• Share your referral code found in the LemFi app with a minimum of two friends.

• Your friends must sign up using your code and send a single transfer of £50 (“Qualfying Transfer”) or more to Nigeria during the campaign period.

4. Rewards

• £5 cashback each for you and your friend when they complete their first Qualifying Transfer, credited directly to your LemFi wallet within 24 hours of each friend’s successful Qualifying Transfer.

• LemFi will select 20 participants, who are the winners to each receive a £50 voucher.

• The Winners shall be notified via email if they won the prize and shall be asked to provide their details, including their full name, email address and any other information required.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

5. Winner Selection

• Decisions will be made by LemFi’s through a random selection process and shall be final.

• 20 winners will be announced on March 15th.

• Winners will be contacted via their registered LemFi email

6. Prize Distribution

• LemFi will process the prize disbursement directly to the winners within 7 days after the winners are announced.

• Any incorrect information provided may result in disqualification.

• Winners must provide accurate and complete details within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no disputes or claims will be entertained.

• LemFi shall not be held liable for any incorrect or inaccurate bank account details or beneficiary details provided by the winners. In the event of incorrect information, LemFi shall not be responsible for any loss or misdirection of prizes, and no disputes or claims shall be entertained.

7. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign) are strictly prohibited.

• If a referred user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.

• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes in unauthorized or spammy ways.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

8. Privacy and Consent

• Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.

• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
