General Terms and Conditions of the Offer "Send your first transfer and receive €5" (EUROPE)

LemFi will reward you with €5 when you send your first international transfer of €5 or more. 500 winners will receive €5.

1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on May 23, 2025, and ends on June 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM (EST).

2. Eligibility Criteria to Earn €5

• You must have an active LemFi account but must not have made any previous transactions.
• You must receive a marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign.
• You must be based in Europe.
• You must send your first international transfer to a country where LemFi facilitates transfers, during the campaign period mentioned above.
• Your first transfer must be at least €5.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and anyone running paid promotional campaigns for LemFi.
• Individuals who abuse the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.

3. How to Participate

To earn €5, an existing LemFi user must:

• Ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
• Send a qualifying transfer of €5 or more.

4. How the Rewards Work

To earn €5, an eligible user must meet the eligibility criteria:

• Have an active LemFi account and be based in EUROPE.
• Send a qualifying first international transfer.
• The user will receive the €5 bonus no later than 15 days after the end of the campaign.
• Be among the 500 winners selected to receive €5 from all eligible participants. Only the first 500 users who become eligible will receive the €5.

5. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Self-referral (creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign) is strictly prohibited.
• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant involved in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Creating fake accounts.
• Unauthorized sharing of referral codes or spamming.
• Manipulating transactions to unfairly claim rewards.

6. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the campaign will only be used to administer the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

7. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without notice.
• LemFi is not responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• By participating, users agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.

• No exchanges or substitutions of the reward are allowed, except by LemFi, which reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal value.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email within 15 business days following the prize award date. Prizes will be delivered within 15 days after the draw.

9. Conduct

By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these official rules and any third-party terms required for prize fulfillment. Sponsor decisions are final, binding, and non-appealable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.

The sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the participation process or operation of the promotion, or who acts in a manner deemed by the sponsor to be a violation of these rules, unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person — and to void all related entries or registrations.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for damages arising from your participation in the referral program, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. LemFi’s maximum aggregate liability to you and any third party under all circumstances shall be equal to the current euro value of your unspent monetary reward under the referral program.

10.2. All warranties, express and implied, regarding the referral program and use of the LemFi app services are disclaimed (including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, and/or fitness for a particular purpose). LemFi makes no representation or warranty regarding the results obtainable through the referral program or the delivery time of any other reward it may promote.

11. Other Terms and Conditions:

11.1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. All decisions or disputes regarding eligibility, reward earnings, or your compliance with these terms will be resolved at our reasonable discretion.

11.2. If a participant or referred user attempts to use the referral program in violation of the Referral Program Terms, User Agreement, or any applicable law or regulation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account in accordance with the User Agreement, or to void rewards for both parties.
