Terms and Conditions for LemFi's Inactive New Users Campaign – EU to Francophone Africa

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Inactive New Users Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi Inactive New Users Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The Inactive New Users Campaign is open to users who registered on the LemFi app between January 1st and February 28th, 2026, but have not yet completed any transaction.

Prize: These users will receive €5 cashback when they successfully complete their first transfer from the EU to Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Burkina Faso, or Mali.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins March 13, 2026, and ends on March 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET.

Participant: The campaign is open to new LemFi customers who registered between January 1st and February 28th, 2026, and have not completed any transaction on the LemFi app.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between March 13, 2026, and March 27, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.

• Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, have registered between January 1st and February 28th, 2026, and have not completed any transaction on the LemFi app prior to the campaign period.
  The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.

• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This campaign is not open to all LemFi customers. Only those who receive official communication are eligible.

3. Prizes/Awards

Senders will receive a cashback of €5 when they successfully complete their first transfer from the EU to Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Burkina Faso, or Mali during the campaign period.

4. How to Win the Prize

• Send Money: Complete your first transfer from the EU to Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Burkina Faso, or Mali between March 13, 2026, and March 27, 2026.
• Qualified senders will receive a cashback of €5 credited to their wallet.
• The €5 cashback will be credited to qualified users within 7 working days after the campaign ends.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning

LemFi users who successfully complete their first transfer from the EU to Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Burkina Faso, or Mali within the qualifying period will get a cashback of €5.
This promotion is only applicable to the first transfer made to one of the specified countries during the campaign period.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke Cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Cashback has been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO A PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT €5 VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THIS CAMPAIGN.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Inactive New Users Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

9. GOVERNING LAW

Europe Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of the European Union to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
