Terms and Conditions for LemFi Churned Users Giveaway Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Churned Users Giveaway Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi Churned Users Giveaway Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The "LemFi Churned Users Giveaway Campaign" is a limited-time prize draw where eligible LemFi users in Europe can win a share of over €2,000 after completing a qualifying transfer to Nigeria during the promotional period.

Reward: Ten (10) eligible participants will be selected to receive cash prizes totalling over €2,000.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins on 8th April 2026 and ends on 18th April 2026 (inclusive).

Participant: Existing LemFi customers residing in Europe who meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required qualifying transfer. This campaign is open only to LemFi customers who receive the official communication from LemFi.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service. The account must not be flagged for fraud or abuse.

Qualifying Transfer: A minimum single transfer of €200 or more sent from Europe to Nigeria between 8th April 2026 and 18th April 2026 (inclusive).

Churned User: A LemFi user who has completed at least one prior successful transfer on the platform but has had no completed transactions between 1st January 2026 and 31st March 2026 (a period of 90 days).

1. LemFi Churned Users Giveaway Campaign

You may participate in this Program from 8th April 2026 to 18th April 2026 until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended, or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participation in this campaign is open to LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:

• This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
• Participants must be churned users — defined as having at least one prior completed transfer on the LemFi platform, with no completed transactions recorded between 1st January 2026 and 31st March 2026.
• This campaign is open only to LemFi customers who receive the official communication from LemFi.
• Participants must complete a qualifying transfer as outlined in Section 4.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Rewards

A total of ten (10) winners will share prizes totalling over €2,000, awarded as follows:

Each winner is limited to one (1) prize regardless of the number of qualifying transfers made during the campaign period. Prizes will be credited to the winner's LemFi account or delivered via the winner's registered LemFi contact details.

4. How to Qualify

To qualify for the LemFi Churned Users Giveaway Campaign, participants must:

• Make a transfer from Europe to Nigeria of a minimum of €200 or more in a single transaction between 8th April 2026 and 18th April 2026 (inclusive).
• Cumulative or split transfers below €200 in a single transaction will not qualify.
• This promotion is only applicable to transfers from Europe to Nigeria.
• Participants must retain proof of their qualifying transactions (transaction receipts, confirmation emails, or transaction history from their LemFi account).
• Each participant can win a maximum of one (1) prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Ten (10) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible qualifying entries received during the promotion period.
• Winners will be announced on 20th April 2026.
• Winners will be notified by LemFi via the contact details associated with their LemFi account.
• Winners must respond to LemFi's notification within the timeframe stated in the notification. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reward and selection of an alternative winner.

6. Prize Delivery

• Cash prizes will be delivered electronically to the winner via their LemFi account or registered contact details.
• LemFi will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of prizes after winner confirmation.
• LemFi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the participant.

7. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be reassigned to another individual or redeemed for an alternative reward.
• Only one (1) prize may be awarded per winner.
• This promotion is only applicable to transfers from Europe to Nigeria.
• Reward eligibility requires a Valid LemFi Account and full compliance with these terms.

8. Receiving and Using Rewards

• LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke rewards if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
• Accrued rewards can only be used after they have been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
• LemFi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications related to the campaign.
• The Promotion is void where prohibited or if any participant's account or transactions are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or irregular.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in this campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Other Terms and Conditions

10.1 We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, prize awards, or compliance with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

10.2 If a Participant breaches the LemFi User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, LemFi will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the rewards of the participant.

10.3 This promotion cannot be combined with any other LemFi promotions unless explicitly stated.

10.4 By participating in this campaign, winners consent to LemFi using their first name or username for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11. Governing Law

For customers in Europe, this campaign is subject to the laws of the European Union, to which both the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
