These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the 12 Days of Giving Campaign.
Pomelo Technology US Inc. “LemFi”, (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a “Referral Program”). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), as available and amended at our sole discretion.
By participating in the LemFi 12 Days of Giving Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFI Terms and Conditions.
Definitions: (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The 12 Days of Giving campaign is open to users who make a single transfer of £250 or more to Nigeria during the campaign period - December 6 to December 17, 2025.
Prize: Winners will be selected randomly daily through a computerized draw system between December 6th and December 17th, 2025, corresponding to the specified prizes for each day.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins December 6, 2025, and ends on December 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.
Participant: The campaign is open to new and existing LemFi customers who make the qualifying single transfer of £250 or more to Nigeria within the campaign period.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.
You may participate in this campaign between December 6 and December 17, 2025, until Lemfi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke Cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.
7.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM. .
8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the inactive users campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2 If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

UK Customers- This campaign is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
