Terms and Conditions — LemFI Europe Re-Engagement Campaign

                February 23 – March 8, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFI Europe Re-Engagement Campaign ("Campaign"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. LemFI may, at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw, or modify the Campaign or these Terms without prior notice.

1. Definitions

Campaign/Promotion: A re-engagement initiative open exclusively to LemFI users who experienced a failed transaction due to LemFI downtime while attempting to send funds from Europe to Francophone Africa, and who did not complete a transaction during the preceding compensation campaign (January 22 – February 4, 2026).

Campaign Period: February 23, 2026 to March 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT.

Participant: An existing LemFI customer who had a failed transaction to one of the eligible destination countries during the downtime period and remains eligible under Section 3.

Eligible Destination Countries: Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Burkina Faso, and Mali.

Valid LemFI Account: A fully verified LemFI account held by a user residing in Europe and in compliance with all LemFI standard Terms of Service.

2. Campaign Overview

This Campaign is a value-proposition re-engagement initiative. There are no monetary incentives, cashback rewards, or prizes associated with participation. The Campaign is designed to inform eligible users of LemFI's core service benefits — including zero transfer fees, competitive exchange rates, and reliable Europe-to-Francophone Africa transfer corridors — and to encourage them to complete their previously failed transaction.

3. Eligibility

This Campaign is open to LemFI users who meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above.
• Resident in Europe with a fully verified LemFI account.
• Experienced a failed transaction during the LemFI downtime period on a Europe-to-Francophone Africa corridor.
• Did not successfully complete a qualifying transaction during the January 22 – February 4, 2026 compensation campaign.
• In full compliance with LemFI's standard Terms of Service and User Agreement.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• LemFI employees, contractors, and affiliates.
• LemFI brand ambassadors, influencers, and individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFI.

4. How to Participate

To participate in this Campaign, eligible users must:

• Open the LemFI app or platform during the Campaign Period (February 23 – March 8, 2026).
• Initiate and successfully complete a money transfer from Europe to any of the Eligible Destination Countries.

There is no reward, prize, or compensation tied to completing a transaction during this Campaign. Participation is voluntary.

5. No Incentive Disclaimer

This Campaign carries no monetary reward, cashback, wallet credit, or prize of any kind. Communications issued under this Campaign (including banners and notifications) are purely informational and highlight LemFI's existing service propositions:

Zero transfer fees on every transaction.
Competitive exchange rates on Europe-to-Francophone Africa corridors.
Seamless, secure, and transparent transfers built for Europe-to-Francophone corridors.

These benefits reflect LemFI's standard service offering and are not exclusive to Campaign Participants.

6. Account & Compliance Requirements

Participants must maintain a Valid LemFI Account throughout the Campaign Period. LemFI reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:

• Violates LemFI's User Agreement or these Terms.
• Is found to have acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner.
• Has their account restricted, suspended, or closed pursuant to the LemFI User Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OR RELIANCE ON THIS CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF LEMFI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. AS THIS CAMPAIGN CARRIES NO MONETARY REWARD, LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT SHALL BE LIMITED TO ZERO (€0) IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CAMPAIGN SPECIFICALLY.

8. General Terms

8.1. LemFI reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notice. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility or participation shall be resolved at LemFI's reasonable discretion.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the LemFI User Agreement or violates any applicable law, statute, or governmental regulation, LemFI reserves the right to suspend or terminate their account in accordance with the User Agreement.
8.3. This Campaign does not alter, replace, or supersede any existing LemFI Terms of Service, User Agreement, or prior campaign terms.

9. Governing Law

This Campaign is subject to the laws of the European Union. Participants and LemFI agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant EU member state courts in respect of any claims or disputes arising from this Campaign.
