1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the entry and participation in the £1000 Airline Voucher Giveaway (the "Giveaway") organized by LEMFI. By participating in the Giveaway Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Must be an existing LemFi Mobile App user or customer;

• Employees, family members, or any other individuals directly associated with LEMFI (including staff, immediate family, and extended family) are not eligible to enter the Giveaway Prize Draw.

3. How to Enter the Giveaway Prize Draw

To enter the Giveaway, participants must send a minimum of £300 to Kenya (in a single transaction) between December 11th and December 20th, 2024. The more money a participant sends, the more entries to the Giveaway Prize Draw you can earn as stipulated below:

• Send £300: 1 entry

• Send £600: 2 entries

• Send £1000: 3 entries

• Send £1200: 4 entries

• Send £1500: 5 entries

The maximum entries a person can earn under the Prize Draw are 5 in totality regardless of the amount of funds they send over £1500 to Kenya during the Promotion Period.

4. Promotion Period

The entry period for this Giveaway begins at 00:01 on December 11, 2024, and ends at 23:59 on December 20, 2024. Entries must be received via email during this period to qualify for the Giveaway.

5. Giveaway Prizes

There will be a single £1000 airline voucher given away (at the LemFi Kenya Party):

• The winner will be selected at the LEMFI Kenya End-of-Year Party which will be held on the 21st of December 2024.

• Those attending the Kenya end of year Party may or may not qualify for the Prize Draw. Only those people or participants who have been notified via email of their entitlement to join the Prize Draw and also attending the Party shall be entitled to receive raffles to the Prize Draw. Each Raffle ticket given shall represent one chance to win the Prize. For example, if someone receives 5 raffle tickets it would mean they sent £1500 or more to acquire maximum entries to the Raffle.

The winner of the Prize Draw would be announced during the Party on 21st December 2024.

Anyone entitled to one or more raffle tickets who does not attend the end of the year Party shall forfeit their right to enter the Prize Draw but may still participate in the general random prize draw taking place online.

6. Entrance to the event and confirmation for the Raffle Draw participants.

At the event entrance, we will confirm eligibility for general entrance and additional eligibility for the raffle draw in the following manner:

• Verification of LemFi Users: All Attendees will be required to show proof of their LemFi account to confirm they are registered users. This may involve logging into the LemFi app or providing a registered email address linked to their account.

• Eligibility for the raffle draw :Confirmation of Congratulations Email whereby attendees who received a "Congratulations" email for participating in the draw between 11th December and 20th December must present the email at the entrance. This email serves as proof of their successful entry into the raffle.

7. Prize Details

• Each winner will receive one £1000 airline voucher, which can be used towards flight bookings, subject to the airline's terms and conditions.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

8. Data Protection

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that LEMFI may collect, store, and process their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and notifying the winners.

9. Limitation of Liability

LEMFI is not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues in the submission process, or for any damage to a participant's computer or other device during entry.

10. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, or who engages in any fraudulent activity related to the Giveaway.

• LemFi reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

11. Consent to Publicity

By accepting the Prize Draw Voucher, the winner agrees to allow LemFi to publicly announce their username and, if applicable, likeness or photograph in connection with the prize. This may include, but is not limited to, publication on the website and social media, and announcement at the End of Year Party. The winner further consents to the use of their user name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
If you wish to withdraw your consent for such announcements at any time, you may do so by contacting us at support@lemfi.com. Please note that withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of any announcements made prior to the withdrawal date.

13. General Disclaimer

• By accepting to attend the end of year party you agree to accept any cancellation of the event;

• Agree to comply the Party and venue rules, including maintaining appropriate behaviour and manners, and providing your valid ID prior to entering the Party Venue;

• Agree to leave the Venue where so requested by the event or venue organisers;

• Agree not to cause any nuisance or annoyance to anyone else or act improperly in any manner whatsoever;

• Agree to forfeit your prize or entry to the Prize draw at LemFi’s sole discretion.
