LemFi will reward you with £20 when you send your first international transfer of £50 or more. 100 winners will receive £20.

1. Campaign Period:

The campaign begins on May 9th, 2025, and ends on May 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.

2. Eligibility criteria to Earn £20:

• You must have an existing active LemFi account but have not made a transaction yet
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign
• You are based in the United Kingdom.
• You must have signed up with the referral code ADEPA,OTAMPI or BONASH between 1/03/2025 - 07/05/25
• You must send your first successful international transfer to Ghana within the campaign period mentioned above.
• Your first transaction must be at least £50 in value.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
• Individuals found to be abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.

3. How to Participate:

To earn £20, Lemfi existing user must:

• Ensure that they meet the Eligibility Criteria.
• Send a qualifying first transaction of £50 or more

4. How Does the Rewards Work

• To Earn £20, an eligible user must successfully meet the eligibility Criteria.
• Have an existing active LemFi account, based in the United Kingdom.
• Send a qualifying first international transfer transaction
• The user will receive their £20 bonus at the latest 15 days after the campaign has concluded.
• Be among 100 winners chosen to receive £20 among all eligible people. Only the first 100 users who become eligible will receive the £20.

5. Disqualification Criteria:

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign) are strictly prohibited.

• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.

• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes unauthorized or through spam.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

6. Privacy and Consent:

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. General Terms:

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.

• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.

• No substitution transfer of the reward is permitted, except by LemFi which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize of equal value.

7. WINNERS NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be notified via email within 15 business days of the prize award date. Prizes will be delivered within 15 days of the draw.

8. CONDUCT:

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any third-party conditions required for fulfillment of the Prize. The decisions of the Sponsor shall be final, binding and non-appealable in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor acting reasonably, to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person and void all associated Entries and/or registrations.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the referral programme, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. lemfi’s maximum aggregate liability to participate and any third party under any and all circumstances shall be then-current 10 euro value of the participant’s unspent monetary reward under the referral program.

9.2. all warranties, express and implied, regarding the referral programme and use of the LemFi app services are disclaimed (including, without limitation, the disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property and/or fitness for a particular purpose). lemfi makes no representation or warranty with respect to any results obtainable through the referral programme or the delivery time of any other rewards it may promote.

10. other terms and conditions

10.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this Programme at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this Programme, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Referral Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

10.2 If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use this Programme in breach of the Program’s Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Program is subject to the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
