[EXPIRED] Earn Rewards on Transfers Campaign

1. Introduction

LemFi's "Earn Rewards on Transfers Campaign” (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions apply to all Participants. The Campaign is organized by Pomelo Technology US Inc. ("LemFi"), a Delaware corporation, and Pomelo Two US LLC, a Delaware corporation. Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. This Campaign is offered by LemFi and is in no way affiliated with or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank.

2. Definitions

• Qualified Transaction: A single transfer of at least USD $50 to Ghana in one transaction.

• Campaign: "Earn Rewards on Transfers Campaign”.

• Reward(s): 1% equivalent in points into your LemFi account that you can then use for future transfers. Each 100 points = $1. The points do not expire. On future transfers, you can choose to apply your earned points for a cash discount. For example, if you have 100 points, you will see its equivalent of $1 which you can choose to apply on a transfer of $100 which means you will only pay $99 for your recipient to receive the equivalent of $100 in the recipient’s currency.

• Campaign Period: October 6th – October 31st, 2025.

• Participant(s): Individuals with an active LemFi account and who make qualifying transfers during the Campaign Period.

3. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Reside in the United States.

• Have a valid LemFi account.

• Make at least one Qualified Transaction to Ghana during the Campaign Period.

4. Reward

• 1% equivalent of points into your LemFi account that you can then use for future transfers.

5. Reward Conditions

• Reward credited within 24 hours (Monday–Thursday) or next business day (for Friday–Sunday transactions).
• Reward can be used for future transfers.

6. Restrictions

• Fraudulent accounts or transactions are not eligible.
• LemFi employees, influencers, contractors, and partners are excluded.
• LemFi reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or amend the Campaign at its sole discretion.

7. Other Terms

We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Campaign, earnings of Reward, or your compliance with the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

If a Participant attempts to use the Campaign in breach of the Campaign’s Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
