Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This Promotion is offered by LemFi and is in no way affiliated with or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank.
1. LemFi Friday Flash Campaign Period
The LemFi Friday Flash Campaign ("the Campaign") begins on July 10, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on July 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
2. Eligibility
- Open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, who are either new or existing LemFi users, and who reside in one of the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C.
- You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this Campaign.
- You must make a qualifying transfer to Nigeria during the Campaign Period to qualify to enter.
3. How to Participate
To qualify for the Campaign, participants must send a minimum of $1,500 in a single transfer to Nigeria on July 10, 2026.
Each qualifying single transfer of $1,500 or more to Nigeria constitutes one (1) entry into the prize draw. Every qualifying transfer counts as a separate entry.
To enter without a LemFi account (the "Alternative Method of Entry" or "AMOE"), mail an entry form containing all the necessary information: your full name, full address, phone number, email address, date of birth, how you heard about this Campaign, and social media username (if applicable), on a sheet of paper, to:

Affix first-class postage. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. LemFi assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Campaign Period. AMOE participants will receive an equal chance of winning, regardless of method of entry.
4. Prizes
Twenty (20) winners will be randomly selected to each receive $50 (USD).

5. How Winners Are Selected
- Winners are selected randomly at the conclusion of the Campaign Period on July 10, 2026.
- Twenty (20) winners will be announced following the close of the Campaign.
- Winners will be notified via email within 2 calendar days of the prize award date.
- Winners must respond within 2 calendar days of notification or risk disqualification and reassignment of the prize to the next randomly selected winner.
- Prizes will be delivered within 15 days of the draw.
- Winners must reply to the notification email confirming they are willing to record a video acknowledging receipt of their prize and provide LemFi with consent to use the recorded video for marketing purposes. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by LemFi, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal value. The prize is non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses, including all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
LemFi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes once dispatched to the winner. In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the winner, the prize will be forfeited and no alternative will be offered.
6. Disqualification Criteria
Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:
- If a LemFi user cancels or reverses their transaction, the associated entry and/or reward will be voided.
- LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fraudulent accounts or manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.
7. Privacy and Consent
Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely to administer the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General Terms
- LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
- LemFi is not responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
- By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
