1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on July 20th, 2025, and ends on July 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility criteria

• You must have an existing active LemFi account
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign
• You must be based in the US
• Your last transfer with LemFi was between June 1st 2025 and June 20th 2025
• You must have sent an international transfer transaction of at least USD $200 before June 20th, 2025

3. How to Participate

To win $10, a LemFi existing user must:

• Ensure that they meet the Eligibility Criteria above
• Send at least one qualifying transaction of at least USD $200 between July 20th, 2025
• Each qualifying transaction automatically enters you into the draw
• The first 500 senders will win

4. How Do the Rewards Work

• Participants stand a chance to win $10
• To win $10, an eligible user must successfully meet the eligibility criteria
• Winners will be randomly selected and notified within 15 days after the campaign ends
• The $10 will appear in their LemFi account
• 500 winners will be selected to win $10 each

5. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

6. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.

9. WINNERS NOTIFICATION
