1. LemFi Return & Earn Campaign Period

The LemFi Return & Earn Campaign ("the Campaign") begins on July 6, 2026, and ends on July 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility

• Open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, and either are new or existing LemFi users or reside in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C.
• This Campaign is specifically targeted at LemFi users who have been inactive (i.e., have not completed a transfer) for ninety (90) or more days prior to the Campaign start date of July 6, 2026.
• ou must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this Campaign.
• You must make a qualifying transfer to Nigeria during the Campaign Period to qualify to receive the cashback reward.

3. How to Participate

To qualify for the Campaign, eligible participants must send a minimum of $200 (USD) in a single transfer to Nigeria between July 6, 2026, and July 13, 2026.

Each qualifying single transfer of $200 or more to Nigeria entitles the participant to receive a $10 (USD) cashback reward, credited directly to their LemFi wallet.

This reward is limited to the first five hundred (500) qualifying senders during the Campaign Period. Once 500 qualifying transfers have been recorded, no further cashback rewards will be issued, regardless of subsequent qualifying transfers.

To enter without a LemFi account (the "Alternative Method of Entry" or "AMOE"), mail your entry form with all the necessary information: Simply provide your full name, full address, phone number, email address, D.O.B., how you heard about this campaign, and social media username (if applicable) on a sheet of paper. Mail this form with first-class postage affixed to:

Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. LemFi assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Campaign period. AMOE participants will receive an equal chance of receiving the reward, regardless of the method of entry.

4. Reward

All eligible users who complete a qualifying transfer during the Campaign Period will receive a $10 (USD) cashback, credited directly to their LemFi wallet.

Cashback will be credited to the recipient's LemFi wallet within 15 business days of the qualifying transaction. The cashback reward is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent outside of the LemFi platform.

This reward is limited to the first five hundred (500) qualifying senders during the Campaign Period. LemFi reserves the right to limit the total number of cashback rewards issued under this Campaign. Where demand exceeds available reward allocation (i.e., once the first 500 qualifying senders have been reached), cashback will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and no further rewards will be issued.

5. How Are the Recipients Selected

• Cashback is automatically awarded to the first five hundred (500) eligible users who complete a qualifying transfer of $200 or more during the Campaign Period, subject to availability.
• Recipients will be notified of their cashback via email or in-app notification within 2 calendar days of their qualifying transaction.
• LemFi reserves the right to verify eligibility (including the 90-day inactivity requirement) before crediting the cashback reward.

No substitution or transfer of the reward is permitted, except by LemFi, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a reward of equal value. Any reward-related expenses, including all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• If a LemFi user cancels or reverses their qualifying transaction, the reward will be voided.
• Users who do not meet the 90-day inactivity requirement as of the Campaign start date will not be eligible for the cashback reward.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fraudulent accounts or manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

7. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General Terms

LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.

By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
