Terms and Conditions

1. LemFi Detty December Campaign Period

The LemFi Detty December Campaign ("the Campaign") begins on July 1, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. To qualify, participants must make consecutive qualifying transfers across all three calendar months: July, August, and September 2026.

2. Eligibility

Open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, and either are new or existing LemFi users or reside in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C.

You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this Campaign.

You must make qualifying transfers to Nigeria during each month of the Campaign Period to be eligible.

3. How to Participate

To qualify for the Campaign, participants must send a minimum of $1,000 (USD) in a single transfer to Nigeria in each of the three consecutive months: July 2026, August 2026, and September 2026.

Each month's qualifying transfer must be a minimum of $1,000 in a single transaction. All three monthly qualifying transfers must be completed to be eligible for the prize draw. Participants who fail to meet the minimum transfer threshold in any one of the three months will be disqualified from the draw.

To enter without a LemFi account (the "Alternative Method of Entry" or "AMOE"), mail your entry form with all the necessary information: Simply provide your full name, full address, phone number, email address, D.O.B., how you heard about this campaign, and social media username (if applicable) on a sheet of paper. Mail this form with first-class postage affixed to:

Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. LemFi assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Campaign period.

4. Prizes

Eleven (11) winners will be selected in total, split across two prize tiers:

Flight vouchers are issued in USD and are redeemable for flights to Nigeria through a designated partner platform or as specified in the prize notification email. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Flight vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing airline or travel platform. LemFi is not responsible for any restrictions, blackout dates, or changes imposed by the flight voucher provider.

Runner-up cash prizes of ₦200,000 (NGN) each will be transferred directly to the winners' LemFi wallets or designated Nigerian bank accounts within 15 days of the draw.

5. How Are the Winners Selected

Winners are selected randomly at the conclusion of the Campaign Period on October 1, 2026. Eleven (11) winners (6 Grand Prize and 5 Runner-Up) will be announced on the LemFi Instagram page following the close of the Campaign. Announcements will display each winner's LemFi referral code to identify them. Winners' names will not be publicly displayed. Winners will be contacted via email and must respond within 2 calendar days or risk disqualification and reassignment of the prize to the next randomly selected winner. Winners will be notified via email within 2 calendar days of the prize award date. Prizes will be delivered within 15 days of the draw. Winners must confirm willingness to record a short video acknowledging receipt of their prize and provide LemFi with consent to use the recording for marketing purposes. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

No substitution or transfer of the reward is permitted, except by LemFi, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal value. The prize is non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses, including all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

LemFi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes once dispatched. In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the winner, the prize will be forfeited and no alternative will be offered.

6. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

If a LemFi user cancels or reverses any of their qualifying monthly transactions, the entry and/or reward will be voided. Failure to complete a qualifying transfer in any one of the three required months (July, August, or September 2026) will result in automatic disqualification. LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fraudulent accounts or manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

7. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General Terms

LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation. By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
