Terms and Conditions for LemFi's USA "New Senders to Nigeria" Campaign – April – June 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This New Senders Campaign is offered by Pomelo Technology US Inc. ("LemFi").
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the New Senders Campaign.

Definitions (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The New Senders Campaign targets users who have signed up on the LemFi app in the USA but have not yet made their first transaction.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins April 27, 2026, and ends on June 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

Participant: The campaign is open to new LemFi users who register between April 27, 2026, and June 27, 2026, and are yet to make a successful transaction from the USA to Nigeria.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the USA, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between April 27, 2026, and June 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C., have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
• Participants must have registered on the LemFi app between April 27, 2026, and June 27, 2026 to be eligible.
• You must make a qualifying transfer to Nigeria during the Campaign Period to qualify.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This campaign is only open to LemFi customers who receive official communication from LemFi.

3. Prizes / Awards

Eligible senders will receive ₦10 for every $1 sent from the USA to Nigeria on their first transaction only after registration on the LemFi app during the Campaign Period.

4. How to Receive the Prize

• Register: Create and fully verify a LemFi account between April 27, 2026, and June 27, 2026.
• Send Money: Make a transfer from the USA to Nigeria within the Campaign Period.
• Qualified senders will receive ₦10 for every $1 transferred from the USA to Nigeria on their first transaction after registration.
• The ₦10 for every $1 reward will be credited to the qualified user's account following the completion of their first transaction.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, and Winnings

• This promotion is only applicable to transfers from the USA to Nigeria.
• The boosted rate applies to the first transaction only per eligible user.
• Only users who register and complete their first transfer within the Campaign Period (April 27, 2026 – June 27, 2026) are eligible for the reward.
• The reward is non-transferable and has no cash value outside of the credited exchange benefit.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

• LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
• Accrued rewards can only be applied to the qualifying first transfer and will be granted and approved by LemFi upon successful transaction completion.

7. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the entry and/or reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.
  • Providing false information during the registration or verification process.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in this promotion, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Other Terms and Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earning of rewards, or compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

9.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the rewards of the Participant.

10. Governing Law

USA Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of the United States of America, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
