Terms and Conditions

1. LemFi PayDay Campaign Period

The LemFi PayDay Campaign ("the Campaign") begins on July 24, 2026, and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility

Open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, and either are new or existing LemFi users or reside in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C.

You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this Campaign.

You must make a qualifying transfer to Nigeria during the Campaign Period to qualify to enter.

3. How to Participate

To qualify for the Campaign, participants must send a minimum of $1,500 (USD) in a single transfer to Nigeria between July 24, 2026, and July 31, 2026.

Each qualifying single transfer of $1,500 or more to Nigeria entitles the participant to receive a $100 (USD) cashback reward. Multiple qualifying transfers may be made during the Campaign Period; however, cashback will be awarded per qualifying transfer, subject to availability and LemFi's discretion.

To enter without a LemFi account (the "Alternative Method of Entry" or "AMOE"), mail your entry form with all the necessary information: Simply provide your full name, full address, phone number, email address, D.O.B., how you heard about this campaign, and social media username (if applicable) on a sheet of paper. Mail this form with first-class postage affixed to:

Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. LemFi assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Campaign period. AMOE participants will receive an equal chance of receiving the reward, regardless of the method of entry.

4. Reward

Ten (10) users who complete a qualifying transfer will each receive $100 (USD) cashback, credited directly to their LemFi wallet.

Cashback will be credited to the winner's LemFi wallet within 15 business days of the Campaign close. The reward is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent outside of the LemFi platform.

5. How Are the Recipients Selected

• Ten (10) eligible users who complete a qualifying transfer of $1,500 or more during the Campaign Period will receive the $100 cashback reward.
• winners will be notified via email within 7 calendar days of the Campaign close.
• winners must respond within 2 calendar days of notification or risk forfeiture of the reward.
• winners must confirm willingness to record a short video acknowledging receipt of the reward and provide LemFi with consent to use the recording for marketing purposes. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
• No substitution or transfer of the reward is permitted, except by LemFi, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a reward of equal value. Any reward-related expenses, including all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

LemFi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered rewards once dispatched. In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the recipient, the reward will be forfeited and no alternative will be offered.

6. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• If a LemFi user cancels or reverses their transaction, the entry and/or reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fraudulent accounts or manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

7. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General Terms

LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.

By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
