Terms and Conditions for USA LemFi's "Conversion Campaign" – USA to East Africa – 2025
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Conversion Campaign.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This Conversion Campaign ("Campaign") is offered by Pomelo Technology US Inc. ("LemFi"), a Delaware corporation, and Pomelo Two US LLC, a Delaware corporation and is in no way affiliated with or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank.
Definitions: (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The Conversion Campaign is open to LemFi users from the USA who have not yet verified their account or have not completed a transaction on LemFi.
Prize: Eligible users will receive $5 in reward points credited to their LemFi account upon completing their first qualifying transaction during the Campaign Period.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins Thursday, March 27, 2025, and ends Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
Participant: The campaign is open to LemFi users based in the USA who are either unverified or have not yet made a transaction on LemFi.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the USA, complete full verification of their LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
1. LemFi Campaign Period
You may participate in this campaign between Thursday, March 27, 2025, and Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
2. Eligibility to Participate
This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above. Participants must reside in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C., and must either be unverified users or users who have not yet completed a transaction on LemFi. To qualify, Participants must fully verify their LemFi account and complete their first qualifying transfer to an East African destination during the Campaign Period.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
- This campaign is only open to LemFi customers who receive official communication.
3. Prizes/Awards
Eligible Participants who complete their first qualifying transaction from the USA to East Africa during the Campaign Period will receive $5 in reward points credited to their LemFi account.
4. How to Claim the Prize
Step 1 – Verify Your Account: Participants who have not yet verified their LemFi account must complete full account verification.
Step 2 – Send Money: Make your first transfer from the USA to an East African destination between Thursday, March 27, 2025, and Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
Step 3 – Claim Your Reward: Upon successful completion of your first qualifying transaction, the $5 reward points pre-credited to your account will be unlocked and made available for use.
5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, and Winning
The $5 reward points are only redeemable upon completion of a first qualifying transaction from the USA to East Africa within the Campaign Period. The reward points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside of the LemFi platform. This promotion is only applicable to transfers from the USA to East African destinations supported by LemFi.
6. Receiving and Using Rewards
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement. Accrued reward points can only be applied against future international money transfers after such rewards have been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
7. Disqualification Criteria
Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:
If a user cancels or reverses their qualifying transaction, the reward will be voided.
LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any Participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
Creating fraudulent accounts.
Manipulating transactions or verification processes to claim rewards unfairly.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in this promotion, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
9.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earning of reward points, or compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
9.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the Participant.

10. GOVERNING LAW
USA Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of the United States of America, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
