Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This Promotion is offered by LemFi and is in no way affiliated with or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank.
1. Campaign Overview & Period
The LemFi Father's Day Campaign: Win your Dad a share of ₦6 Million! ("the Campaign") begins on 5th June 2026 and ends on 16th June 2026 at 11:59 PM EST/BST/CET.
2. Eligibility
- Open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older and are existing or new LemFi users residing in the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union.
- Participants must send to a recipient based in Nigeria.
- Participants must make a qualifying transfer during the Campaign Period to be eligible to enter.
- Employees of LemFi, their immediate family members, and affiliated parties are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Participate
Make a single qualifying transfer of £1,000, €1,000, or $1,000 to Nigeria between 5th June 2026 and 16th June 2026.
- Each qualifying single transaction of £1,000, €1,000, or $1,000 or more counts as one (1) entry.
- The more qualifying transactions you make during the Campaign Period, the greater your chances of being selected as a winner.
- Transfers must be completed and not cancelled or reversed to count as a valid entry.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without a LemFi account, mail your entry with the following details — full name, full address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and how you heard about the Campaign — on a plain sheet of paper to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Campaign Period. LemFi assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible mail entries. AMOE participants will receive an equal chance of winning.
4. Prize
- 20 winners will each receive ₦300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Naira), to be sent to their nominated father/father figure in Nigeria.
- Total prize pool: ₦6,000,000 (Six Million Naira).
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative, except at LemFi's sole discretion.
- Any prize-related taxes or expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- 20 winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.
- The draw will take place after the Campaign closes on 16th June 2026.
- Winners will be announced on LemFi's official Instagram page. Winners will be identified by their LemFi referral code; names will not be publicly displayed.
- Winners will be contacted via email within 2 calendar days of the draw date and must respond within 2 calendar days of notification, or risk disqualification, in which case an alternative winner will be selected.
- Winners must confirm their dad's/father figure's Nigerian bank account details for prize disbursement.
- Prizes will be disbursed within 15 days of the draw.
- Winners may be required to record a short video acknowledging receipt of their prize and grant LemFi consent to use such content for marketing purposes. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
6. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:
- Cancellation or reversal of a qualifying transaction will void the associated entry.
- Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fraudulent accounts or manipulating transactions to gain entries unfairly.
- Failure to respond to winner notification within the stipulated timeframe.
- Providing incorrect or incomplete recipient details.
LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant it reasonably suspects of misconduct.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign and contacting winners. Data will be handled in accordance with LemFi's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General Terms
- LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
- LemFi is not responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
- LemFi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes once disbursed, where caused by incorrect details provided by the winner.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
United Kingdom
For participants registered in the United Kingdom, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
United States
For participants registered in the United States, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, without limiting any mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
European Union
For participants registered in the European Union, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to participants under the laws of their country of residence within the EU.
