Campaign Overview

The "Refer a Friend and Earn $30" campaign is organized by LemFi (the "Organizer"). By participating in this campaign, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on May 1st, 2025, and ends on May 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility Criteria to Earn $30

To be eligible:

• You, as the Referrer, must be an existing LemFi customer based in the United States.
• You must use your unique referral code to invite friends to download, sign up, and use LemFi.
• Referred friends must be new LemFi users who have never signed up or transacted before.
• The following individuals are not eligible:
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and individuals running paid promotional campaigns for LemFi.
  • Individuals abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• The Referred Friend must:
  • Be based in the United States.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Download the LemFi app and complete a qualifying transfer of $30 or more to Nigeria in a single transaction during the campaign period.

3. How to Participate

To earn $30:

• The existing LemFi user must refer at least 1 friend who meets the eligibility criteria.

4. How the Rewards Work

• To earn $30, the Referrer must successfully introduce at least 1 eligible friend.
• Reward structure:
  • Each successful referral earns the Referrer $20.
  • An additional $10 bonus per referred friend is awarded for each referral beyond the first.
• Example:
  Referring 1 friend earns $20 + $10 bonus = $30.
• Rewards are credited when the referred friend completes their qualifying transfer within the campaign period.
• The $10 bonus will be paid no later than 15 days after the campaign ends.

5. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts).
• Cancelled or reversed transactions by the referred user.
• Fraudulent activity, including:
  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes without authorization or through spam.
  • Manipulating transactions to unfairly claim rewards.

6. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for campaign administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi is not responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other factors preventing participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
