Earn Rewards on Transfers

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in LemFi's "Earn Rewards on Transfers" Campaign. Pomelo Technology US Inc. ("LemFi") may offer referral programs, awards, or incentives. Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

• Qualified Transaction: A single transfer of at least €50 to Ghana.

• Program/Promotion: "LemFi Has Your Back" Campaign.

• Prize: Bonus points credited to your LemFi account.

• Promotion Period: 1st December 2025 to 23:59 GMT, 31st December 2025.

• Participant: Individuals with an active LemFi account, legal residence in the European Union.

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reside in the European Union.
• Have a valid LemFi account.
• Make at least one Qualified Transaction during the Promotion Period.

Prizes/Awards

Bonus points will be credited to your LemFi account per Qualified Transaction.

Reward Conditions

• Points credited within 24 hours (Monday–Thursday) or next business day (Friday–Sunday).
• Points can be redeemed for future transfers.

Restrictions

• Accounts created fraudulently are ineligible.
• Employees, influencers, contractors, and partners of LemFi are excluded.
• LemFi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Programme, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. LemFi’s maximum aggregate liability to participant and any third party under any and all circumstances shall be then-current 10 Euro value of the participant’s unspent monetary reward under this Program.

All warranties, express and implied, regarding the Program and use of the LemFi app services are disclaimed (including, without limitation, the disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property and/or fitness for a particular purpose). LemFi makes no representation or warranty with respect to any results obtainable through this Program or the delivery time of any other rewards it may promote.

Other Terms and Conditions

10.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Programme, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Referral Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
10.2 If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use this Program in breach of the Program Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin.

Language Discrepancy

In case of contradiction between the English and the French version, the English version shall prevail.
