Terms and Conditions For First Transaction Welcome Campaign (UK) – April/May 2026
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi First Transaction Welcome Campaign (the "Promotion" or "Campaign"). RightCard Payment Services Limited (trading as "LemFi"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number: 09163262), authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (register reference 900424), with its registered address at The Jellicoe, 5 Beaconsfield Street, London, N1C 4EW (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer incentives to encourage newly registered and verified users to complete their first transaction on the LemFi platform.
By participating in the LemFi First Transaction Welcome Campaign (the "First Transaction Welcome Campaign" or the "Promotion"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Promotion or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
Promotion: The "First Transaction Welcome Campaign" is a limited-time incentive targeted at LemFi users who registered and completed identity verification in 2026 but have not yet made their first transaction on the LemFi platform. Eligible Participants can receive a £10 welcome bonus after completing a qualifying single transfer of £100 or more during the Promotion Period.
Prize: £10 welcome bonus credited to the Participant's LemFi wallet within 7 working days after the qualifying transaction is completed and verified.
Promotion Period: 29th April 2026 to 31st May 2026 (inclusive).
Referral Code: Not applicable to this promotion.
Participant: LemFi customers based in the UK who registered and completed identity verification in 2026, have not made any prior transactions on the LemFi platform, and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement (available at lemfi.com/terms or equivalent).
1. LemFi First Transaction Welcome Campaign
You may participate in this Promotion from 29th April 2026 to 31st May 2026 until the Promotion is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.
2. Eligibility to Participate
This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above who:
- Registered and completed full identity verification on the LemFi platform in 2026; and
- Have not completed any transfers or transactions on LemFi prior to the Promotion Period (as determined by LemFi's records).
Participants must also:
- Reside in the UK;
- Have a fully verified LemFi account; and
- Comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
- Receive official direct communication from LemFi (e.g., email, in-app notification, or banner) inviting them to participate in this Promotion.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
This campaign is targeted and not open to all LemFi customers — only those who receive official communication and meet the eligibility criteria above are eligible to participate.
3. Types of Prizes/Awards
Each eligible Participant who meets the qualifying criteria will receive a £10 welcome bonus credited to their LemFi wallet. This bonus is awarded once per eligible Participant upon successful completion and settlement of their first qualifying transaction during the Promotion Period.
4. How to Qualify for the Welcome Bonus
Participants must:
- Send £100 or more in a single transfer during the Promotion Period (29th April 2026 to 31st May 2026).
- The transfer must represent the Participant's first-ever transaction on the LemFi platform.
- Transfers must be completed and settled (funds disbursed to the recipient) within the Promotion Period.
- The welcome bonus is awarded only once per eligible Participant — one qualifying transfer suffices.
5. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings
- Participants must comply with LemFi's User Agreement and applicable laws.
- The welcome bonus is limited to one per qualifying Participant/Valid LemFi Account.
- The qualifying transfer must be completed and settled during the Promotion Period.
- Only the Participant's first transaction on the platform, of £100 or more in a single transfer, will qualify for the welcome bonus.
- LemFi reserves the right to disqualify Participants based on fraudulent activity, account irregularities, or violations of these Terms.
- LemFi's records will be the sole and definitive basis for determining whether a Participant has previously completed any transactions on the platform.
6. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winnings
- A maximum of one £10 welcome bonus per Participant.
- The welcome bonus will be credited to the Participant's LemFi wallet within 7 working days of the qualifying transaction being completed and verified.
- Participants must not be LemFi employees, affiliates, or influencers.
- This offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (except as credited to the LemFi wallet for use in accordance with LemFi's terms).
7. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)
This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual user transaction activity.
8. Receiving and Using Rewards
8.1. LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke the welcome bonus if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
8.2. LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the welcome bonus. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, or Promotion-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way, or if any Participant's email address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.
8.3. The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner. The welcome bonus can only be used against any future international money transfers after such bonus has been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the First Transaction Welcome Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the First Transaction Welcome Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the First Transaction Welcome Campaign, the award of the welcome bonus, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is subject to the laws of England & Wales, to which the Participant and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
