Terms and Conditions For EU, UK, CA Senders to Ghana Valentine New Users Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Valentine New User Promotion.

Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", a Delaware corporation (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a "Referral Program"). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in the LemFi Promotion (the "Valentines New User Promotion 2026" or the "Program"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Program or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The Valentine's New User Promotion, offers eligible new users a €/$/£5 credit for their first transfer and an opportunity to win a cash prize for qualifying transfers made within the Promotion Period.

Prize:
a) €/$/£5 promotional credit awarded to eligible new users automatically credited to eligible users account.
b) A cash prize of GHS 1,500 credited to the recipient's bank or mobile money account in Ghana for eligible Participants. Fifteen (15) winners will be randomly selected within 5 working days after the campaign ends.

Promotion Period: The Promotion will run from 4th February 2026 until 28th February 2026 at 23:59 (GMT), unless otherwise terminated or modified by LemFi.

Participant: A new LemFi user who signs up in the United Kingdom and meets all eligibility and participation requirements outlined in these Terms.

Valid LemFi Account: A LemFi account that is fully registered, verified, active, unrestricted, and in good standing in accordance with the LemFi User Agreement.

1. LemFi Program Period

You may participate in this Program during the Promotion Period (4th February 2026 until 28 February 2026 at 23:59 (GMT)) until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participation is open only to new LemFi users who:

  • Are residents of the United Kingdom
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Successfully create and verify a Valid LemFi Account
  • Have not previously made a transfer using LemFi
  • Users with a valid LemFi account created between 18th September 2025 to 2nd February 2026 but have yet to make their first transfer.

Existing LemFi users, LemFi employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, influencers, or any person professionally connected to the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Types of Prizes/Awards

a) €/$/£5 promotional credit applied to their LemFi account
b) Entry into a draw to win GHS 1,500, credited directly to the Participant's recipient in Ghana

4. How to Win Prize, Earn Points, Cashback

  • The Participant must complete their first successful international money transfer using LemFi during the Promotion Period.
  • To qualify for the Valentine's prize draw, the Participant must send €/$/£200 or more in their first transfer on or before 28 February 2026.
  • Transfers must be completed, successful, and not reversed or refunded.

5. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings

  • The €/$/£5 promotional credit must be used before the end of the calendar month in which it is awarded, after which it will expire.
  • Promotional credit can only be applied toward future international transfers and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
  • Participants must comply with all LemFi User Agreement requirements.
  • LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Program.

6. Prize Selection and Distribution

  • Fifteen (15) winners will be randomly selected from eligible Participants who meet the Valentine's transfer requirement (€/$/£200 or more sent to Ghana during the Promotion Period).
  • Winners will be randomly selected within 5 working days after the campaign ends (i.e., within 5 working days after 28th February 2026 at 23:59 GMT).
  • Winners will be notified via email or in-app notification within 5 working days of selection.
  • The GHS 1,500 prize will be credited to the Participant's designated recipient's bank or mobile money account in Ghana within 10 working days of winner notification.
  • Only one prize may be awarded per Participant.
  • LemFi's decision regarding winner selection is final and binding.

7. Receiving and Using Rewards

  • LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke Points or Signup Bonus if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
  • LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification.
  • LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant's e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.
  • Program is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner.
  • Accrued cashback and Points can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.
  • In the event the Program is terminated or withdrawn and you have accumulated Rewards or Points balance, such Rewards or Points balance can be used in the following manner, subject to LemFi's sole discretion at that time:
    a) balance Points or Rewards being converted into cash value that would be credited to your LemFi account, which can be used against future transactions; or
    b) balance Points or Rewards being unaffected, which can be used against future transactions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.

8.2. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME AND USE OF THE LEMFI APP SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). LEMFI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF ANY OTHER REWARDS IT MAY PROMOTE.

9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Programme, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Referral Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

9.2. If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use the Referral Programme in breach of Referral Program Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

10. GOVERNING LAW

UK Customers - This Program is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the Referer, the Invitee and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
