Terms and Conditions for Valentine's Free Enish Meal Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Valentine's Free Enish Meal Campaign.

By participating in the Valentine's Free Enish Meal Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The "Valentine's Free Enish Meal Campaign" is a limited-time incentive where eligible LemFi users can receive a complimentary meal at participating Enish restaurant locations after completing a qualifying transfer of £300 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria during the promotional period.

Reward: Eligible participants will receive one complimentary meal at any participating Enish location (Lewisham, Manchester, or Glasgow) on Saturday, 14th February 2026 or Sunday, 15th February 2026, between 3pm and 6pm. The meal must be redeemed in person with valid proof of qualifying transaction.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins on 11th February 2026 and ends on 14th February 2026 (inclusive).

Redemption Period: Saturday, 14th February 2026 or Sunday, 15th February 2026, from 3pm to 6pm only.

Participant: Existing LemFi customers residing in the United Kingdom who meet the eligibility criteria.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.

Participating Enish Locations:

  • Enish Lewisham: 228 Lewisham High St, London
  • Enish Manchester: 310 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4HE
  • Enish Glasgow: 186 Bath St, Glasgow G2 4HG

1. Valentine's Free Enish Meal Campaign

You may participate in this Program from 11th February 2026 to 14th February 2026 until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participation in this campaign is open to LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:

  • This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
  • Participants must reside in the United Kingdom, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all LemFi's standard terms of service.
  • Participants must complete a qualifying transfer as outlined in Section 4.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi and Enish.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Rewards

Eligible participants who complete a qualifying transfer will receive one complimentary meal at any participating Enish location on either Saturday, 14th February 2026 or Sunday, 15th February 2026, between 3pm and 6pm.

The reward is limited to one free meal per qualifying transaction and must be redeemed during the specified redemption period at one of the participating Enish locations.

4. How to Qualify for the Free Meal

  • Send £300 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria between 11th February 2026 and 14th February 2026 (inclusive).
  • Only single transfers of £300 or more to Nigeria sent during the campaign period qualify. Cumulative or split transfers do not count towards the qualifying amount.
  • Multiple qualifying transfers during the campaign period will entitle the participant to multiple free meals (one meal per qualifying transfer).
  • Participants must retain proof of their qualifying transaction (transaction receipt, confirmation email, or transaction history from their LemFi account).

5. Redemption Process

  • To redeem the free meal, participants must visit any participating Enish location during the redemption period: Saturday, 14th February 2026 or Sunday, 15th February 2026, between 3pm and 6pm.
  • Participants must present valid proof of their qualifying transaction to Enish staff upon arrival. Acceptable proof includes: transaction receipt, email confirmation, or transaction details from the LemFi app showing the transfer amount, date, and recipient country.
  • Failure to provide valid proof of transaction will result in ineligibility for the free meal.
  • The free meal must be redeemed in person and cannot be claimed on behalf of another person.
  • Meals cannot be redeemed outside the specified redemption times (3pm – 6pm on 14th or 15th February 2026).

6. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards

  • The free meal reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative rewards.
  • The meal offer is subject to availability and the standard menu offerings at each Enish location. LemFi and Enish reserve the right to offer a meal of equivalent value if specific menu items are unavailable.
  • Reward eligibility requires a Valid LemFi Account and full compliance with these terms.
  • Only one free meal can be redeemed per qualifying transaction. If a participant makes multiple qualifying transfers, they are entitled to multiple free meals (one per transaction).
  • The reward does not include beverages, unless specifically included in the meal offering at the discretion of Enish.
  • Any additional food, beverages, or services beyond the complimentary meal are the responsibility of the participant.

7. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke the reward if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any reward, Program-related materials, or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant's e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner.

Participants who fail to redeem their meal during the specified redemption period forfeit their reward with no compensation or alternative reward provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI OR ENISH BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8.2 LemFi is not responsible for any issues arising at Enish locations, including but not limited to food quality, service, allergic reactions, or any incidents occurring at the restaurant premises. Any complaints regarding the meal or service at Enish should be directed to Enish management.

8.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring they arrive at Enish locations during the redemption period. LemFi is not liable for participants' inability to attend due to personal circumstances, travel issues, or other reasons.

9. Other Terms and Conditions

9.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the Valentine's Free Enish Meal Campaign at any time without notice.

9.2 If a participant breaches the User Agreement, violates laws, or engages in fraudulent behavior, LemFi may suspend or terminate the participant's account or void their reward eligibility.

9.3 LemFi and Enish reserve the right to verify all qualifying transactions and may request additional documentation to confirm eligibility.

9.4 This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts at Enish locations unless explicitly stated.

10. Governing Law

For customers in the United Kingdom, this campaign is subject to the laws of England and Wales, to which both the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
