Campaign Overview

The "Love Beyond Borders" campaign is organized by LemFi (the "Organizer") to celebrate Valentine’s season. By participating in this campaign, the participants agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on February 1, 2025, and ends on February 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.

2. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.

• Participants must have a valid LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s Standard Terms of Service.

• Employees of LemFi, their immediate family members, Affiliates, Influencers, Partners and anyone professionally associated with the campaign are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

To Qualify for the campaign:

• Send Money: LemFi Users complete a single transfer of at least £300 or $300 or $300CAD or EUR 300 to Ghana between February 1 and February 24, 2025 (“Promotion Period”) to enter the Prize Draw.

4. Prizes Information

• Winners: LemFi will select 8 participants, who are the Winners. Each Winner will nominate one person living in Ghana to receive the GHS 1,000 Prize.

• The Winners shall be notified via email if they won the prize and shall be asked to provide details of their nominated loved one in Ghana, including their full name, bank account and any other information required.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

• The loved ones nominated must reside in Ghana. Additionally, the nominated loved ones' bank account details or mobile money account must not be in the the Winner’s name.

5. Winner Selection

• Decisions will be made by LemFi’s through a random selection process and shall be final and binding.

• Eight (8) winners will be announced on February 28th, 2025.

• Winners will be contacted via their registered LemFi email and announced on LemFi’s official social media channels within 5 days after the campaign ends.

6. Prize Distribution

• Winners must provide accurate details of their nominated loved ones within 14 days of notification having won a prize; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no disputes or claims thereof will be entertained.

• LemFi will process the prize disbursement directly to the nominated loved ones’ Ghanaian bank accounts or Mobile money accounts by March 20, 2025.

• Any incorrect information provided may result in disqualification.

• LemFi shall not be held liable for any incorrect or inaccurate bank account details or beneficiary details provided by the winners. In the event of incorrect information, LemFi shall not be responsible for any loss or misdirection of funds, and no disputes or claims shall be entertained.

7. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Failing to meet the minimum transfer amount (£300 or $300 or $300CAD or EUR 300 ).

• Violation of LemFi’s Terms of Service or engaging in fraudulent activities; and or

• For any other reason as determined by LemFi at its sole discretion.

8. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
The Participant acknowledges that they consent from their loved ones to Participate in this Promotion and to receive the prizes.

9. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.

• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
