Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Love From Majuu" Campaign

Campaign Overview: The "Mum’s Love From Majuu" campaign is organized by LemFi (the "Organizer"). By participating in this campaign, the participants agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Campaign Period:

The campaign begins May 7th, 2025, and ends on May 26th, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.

2. Eligibility:

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. How to Participate: To qualify for the campaign:

• Send Money: Make at least two transfers of €200 to your friends or family in Kenya, Tanzania or Uganda between May 7th and May 26th, 2025.
• 10 Participants conducting the most number of money transfers shall have the greatest chance to win €100

4. Rewards

• 10 Participants conducting the most number of money transfers shall have the greatest chance to win €150
• The Winners shall be notified via email if they won the €150
• Rewards will be credited by May 30th, 2025.

5. Winner Selection:

• Only users who have made multiple transfers within the qualifying period will be entered into the draw
• Decisions will be made by LemFi’s through a random selection process and shall be final.
• 10 winners will be announced on May 30th 2025
• Winners will be contacted via their registered LemFi email

6. Prize Distribution:

• LemFi will process the prize disbursement directly to the winners within 7 days after the winners are announced.
• Any incorrect information provided may result in disqualification.
• LemFi shall not be held liable for any incorrect or inaccurate details provided by the winners. In the event of incorrect information, LemFi shall not be responsible for any loss or misdirection of prizes, and no disputes or claims shall be entertained..

7. Disqualification Criteria:

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Failing to make multiple transfers within the campaign duration - May 7 to May 26, 2025.
• Violation of LemFi’s terms of service or engaging in fraudulent activities.

8. Privacy and Consent:

• Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. General Terms:

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
