1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Back to School” contest organized by POMELO REMITS EUROPE LTD, operating under the brand LemFi, a financial services provider authorized and regulated in Ireland.
The purpose of this campaign is to promote the use of LemFi, a secure, fee-free app for sending money from Europe to Africa.
By participating in the “Back to School” contest, entrants fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contest Description

During the campaign period, eligible participants will have the chance to win the following prizes:

• 🎓 1st Prize: One (1) year of school fees covered by LemFi (1 winner)
• 🎒 2nd Prize: School kit worth €100 (10 winners)
• ✏️ 3rd Prize: School kit worth €50 (20 winners)

The total value of prizes is expressed in euros and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with another reward.

3. Participation Period

The contest will run from 20 August 2025 to 30th September, inclusive.
The prize draw will take place on September 30, 2025, under the supervision of LemFi.
Winners will be contacted directly via telephone and email, using the information provided on their LemFi account.

4. How to Participate

To validly enter the contest, participants must:

• Download the LemFi app (available on iOS and Android)
• Make their first money transfer to Africa using the app
• Enter the promo code “Ecole” when completing their first transfer

⚠️ Any participation not meeting all requirements will be deemed invalid.

5. Participation Requirements

Participants must:

• Be 18 years old or older
• Reside in a European country
• Hold a verified LemFi account (completed profile with validated KYC)
• Follow all the participation steps listed above

6. Prize Distribution

• The school fees prize will either be paid directly to the winner’s educational institution or provided as an equivalent grant, as agreed with the winner.
• The school kits will be delivered to winners either by post or by direct handover, depending on the case.
• LemFi may request any additional information needed to arrange the delivery of prizes.

7. Exclusions

Not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, or official partners of LemFi
• Influencers remunerated for this campaign
• Participants who do not comply with all the rules
• Multiple accounts or fraudulent entries

8. Disqualification

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant in case of:

• Fraud, attempted manipulation, or fake accounts
• Failure to respect the Terms and Conditions
• Submission of incomplete or invalid participation

9. Disclaimer

LemFi is not responsible for:

• Technical issues preventing participation (app errors, internet problems, etc.)
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information submitted by participants
• External incidents beyond LemFi’s control

10. Data Protection

All personal data collected will be used exclusively for managing this contest and awarding the prizes.
Data will be handled in compliance with GDPR and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the participant’s country of residence.
In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the participant’s place of residence.
