Terms and Conditions for USA LemFi’s "Churned User" Campaign - January 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Churned User Campaign.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This Churned User Campaign (“Campaign”) is offered by Pomelo Technology US Inc. (“LemFi”), a Delaware corporation, and Pomelo Two US LLC, a Delaware corporation and is in no way affiliated with or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The churned-user campaign is open to users whose last transaction was prior to October 31st 2025 (inactive 60+ days)

Prize: These users will receive a boosted rate of ₦15 for each $1 sent on their first transfer back.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins January 22, 2026, and February 22, 2026, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

Participant: The campaign is opened to existing LemFi users whose last successful transaction from USA to Nigeria was on or before October 31st 2025 (inactive 60+ days)

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the USA, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between January 22, 2026, and February 22, 2026 11:59 PM EST**,until Lemfi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C. in the USA, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• You must make a qualifying transfer(s) to Nigeria during the Campaign Period to qualify to enter.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This campaign is only open to LemFi customers who receive official communication.

3. Prizes/Awards

Senders would receive a boosted rate of ₦15 for each $1 sent from the US to Nigeria on their first transfer back.

4. How to win the Prize

• Send Money: Make a transfer from the US to Nigeria between January 22, 2026, and February 22, 2026 11:59 PM EST
• Qualified senders will receive a boosted rate of ₦15 for each $1 transfer from USA to Nigeria on their first transfer back.

5. Restrictions Applicable to prizes, awards, winning

• LemFi users who transfer from USA to Nigeria, within the qualifying period will get ₦15 a boosted rate of ₦15 for each $1 transfer from USA to Nigeria on their first transfer back.
• This promotion is only applicable to transfers from the USA to Nigeria.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer, if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Accrued rewards can only be used against any future international money transfers after such rewards and Points have been earned, granted and approved by LemFi.

7. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the entry and/reward will be voided.
  LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Creating fraudulent accounts.

• Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in this promotion, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

9.2 If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

10. GOVERNING LAW

USA Customers- This campaign is subject to laws of the United State of America to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
