Terms and Conditions for Europe LemFi’s "New Senders: Boosted Rate" Campaign - December 2025

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the New Senders: Boosted Rate Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi New Senders; Boosted Rate Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFI Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The new-sender campaign is open to users who joined LemFi in Europe from December 1 till December 31, 2025.

Prize: These users will receive a boosted rate of ₦15 per €1 sent on every transfer made to Nigeria in December.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins December 1, 2025, and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CET/CEST.

Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi users who joined LemFi in Europe between December 1 and December 31, 2025.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between December 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, until Lemfi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This campaign is open only to LemFi customers who receive the official communication from LemFi.

3. Prizes/Awards

Senders will receive a boosted rate of ₦15 for each €1 sent on every transfer made to Nigeria in December.

4. How to win the Prize

• Send Money: Make a transfer from Europe to Nigeria between December 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
• Qualified senders will receive a boosted rate of ₦15 per €1 sent on every transfer made to Nigeria in December.

5. Restrictions Applicable to prizes, awards, winning

• LemFi users who transfer from Europe to Nigeria, within the qualifying period will get a boosted rate of ₦15 per €1 on every transfer made to Nigeria in December.
• This promotion is only applicable to transfers from Europe to Nigeria.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer, if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Accrued rewards can only be used against any future international money transfers after such rewards and Points have been earned, granted and approved by LemFi.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the more rewards promotion, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

8.2 If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

9. GOVERNING LAW

Europe Customers- This campaign is subject to laws of the European Union to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
