WELCOME BACK CASHBACK PROMOTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Earn €5 or £5 cashback on transfers of €50/£50 and above to Ghana this month.

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to LemFi Welcome Cash Back Promotion Participants involved in “LemFi Earn €5 or £5 Cash Back Promotion” (the Promotion”).

The LemFi Cash Back Promotion is offered by RightCard Payments Services Ltd (“LemFi”) and Pomelo Remits Europe Ltd (“LemFi”), each an independent and separate entity; and a subsidiary of Pomelo Technology US Inc, “LemFi”, a Delaware corporation (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer the Cash Back Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion “LemFi Earn €5 or £5 Cash Back”, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify these terms and the Promotion.

Conditions to Participate in the Promotion

• You must be registered to use the LemFi Mobile App.
• You are eligible to use the LemFi Mobile App and its products and services.
• You have remitted money transfers to Ghana equal to or greater than €50 or £50 during the Promotion Period 19th September to 18th October in a single transaction (“Qualifying Money Transfer”).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
• Have a valid LemFi account.
• Have been selected by LemFi to participate in this Promotion.

Promotion Rewards & Limitations

• EU Participants – shall only be entitled to receive €5 worth of LemFi Points which are equivalent to €5 to be used against future money transfers provided you have completed a Qualifying Money Transfer.
• UK Participants – shall be entitled to £5 to be used against future money transfers provided they have completed a Qualifying Money Transfer.
• You will only receive the LemFi Points for Euro Transactions or £5 for GBP transactions after any Qualifying Money Transfer has been successfully completed and one week after such transaction took place.

Restrictions

• Accounts created fraudulently are ineligible.
• Employees, influencers, contractors, and partners of LemFi are excluded.
• LemFi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

LemFi’s maximum aggregate liability to the participant and any third party under any and all circumstances shall be £5 or €5.

All warranties, express and implied, regarding this Promotion and use of the LemFi app services are disclaimed (including, without limitation, the disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property and/or fitness for a particular purpose). LemFi makes no representation or warranty with respect to any results obtainable through the Promotion or the delivery time of any other rewards it may promote.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• For EU: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin.
• For United Kingdom: This Campaign is subject to the laws of England & Wales to which the participant and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.

Language Discrepancy

In case of contradiction between the English and the French version, the English version shall prevail.
