Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Flight Ticket Voucher Giveaway" Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Flight Ticket Voucher Giveaway Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi Flight Ticket Voucher Giveaway campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The "LemFi Flight Ticket Voucher Giveaway Campaign" is a limited-time incentive where eligible LemFi users can win a return flight ticket voucher worth €400 to watch Afcon 2025 in Morocco this December after completing a qualifying transfer of €2000 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria during the promotional period.

Prize: Eligible users who send €2000 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria during the campaign period will enter the draw to win a return flight ticket voucher worth €400 to watch Afcon 2025 in Morocco this December. Winners will be announced within 7 days after the end of the campaign..

Promotion Period: The campaign begins November 25, 2025, and ends on December 9, 2025.

Participant: Existing LemFi customers based in the UK who meet the eligibility criteria.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi’s User Agreement.

1. LemFi Flight Ticket Voucher Giveaway Campaign

You may participate in this Program from 25th November 2025 to 9th December 2025 until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participation in this campaign is strictly limited to selected LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:

• This campaign is open to selected LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• Be selected by LemFi based on prior usage activity and receive a direct communication regarding this promotion

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi

This campaign is not open to all LemFi customers. Only those who receive official communication are eligible.

3. Prizes/Awards

At the end of the campaign, 5 qualified users will each win a return flight ticket voucher worth €400 to travel to Morocco for AFCON 2025.

4. How to Win the Prize

• Send €2000 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria between November 25 and December 9, 2025.
• Eligible participants who send €2000 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria during the campaign period will enter the draw and win a return flight ticket voucher worth €400 to watch Afcon 2025 in Morocco this December
• Every qualifying transfer enters the participant into another prize draw for the rewards.
• Winners will be contacted within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
• Winners will be randomly selected from the draw.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning

• Only transfers sent during the campaign period and meeting the qualifying amount (€2000 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria) qualifies.
• Winners will be randomly selected from the draw.
• Prize eligibility requires a valid LemFi account and compliance with these terms.

6. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)

This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual user activity.

7. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement. LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi. The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant’s accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner. Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such cashback has been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S CASHBACK REWARD UNDER THIS CAMPAIGN.

9. Other Terms and Conditions

9.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the Euro Summer Splash campaign at any time without notice.
9.2 If a participant breaches the User Agreement, violates laws, or engages in fraudulent behavior, LemFi may suspend or terminate the participant’s account or void their rewards.

10. Governing Law

For customers in Europe, this campaign is subject to European Law, to which both the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
