LemFi Lucky Send – 100% Cashback Campaign

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the “LemFi Lucky Send” campaign jointly organized by:

• Pomelo Remits Europe Ltd, operating under the brand LemFi, an authorized and regulated financial services provider in Ireland;
• Pomelo Technology Canada Ltd., a registered and regulated entity in Canada;
• POMELO TWO US LLC, a registered entity in the United States;
• RightCard Payment Services Limited, a registered and regulated company in the United Kingdom.

These entities operate collectively under the LemFi brand, in accordance with the licenses and regulations applicable in their respective jurisdictions.
The purpose of this campaign is to reward LemFi users in Central and West Africa by giving them the chance to win a 100% refund of the amount they transferred.
By participating in this campaign, users fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign Description

Each week during November 2025, LemFi will randomly select winners who will receive a 100% refund of the amount sent through the LemFi app during the eligible week.

Transfers will be grouped into two separate pools based on the destination currency:

• XOF Pool (West Africa): Benin 🇧🇯, Burkina Faso 🇧🇫, Côte d’Ivoire 🇨🇮, Senegal 🇸🇳, Mali 🇲🇱
• XAF Pool (Central Africa): Cameroon 🇨🇲, Congo 🇨🇬, Gabon 🇬🇦

This structure ensures balanced and fair distribution across major send corridors.
Only transfers above 100 GBP / USD / EUR / CAD (depending on the sending currency) are eligible for the campaign.

3. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from November 3 to November 30, 2025.
Weekly draws will take place every Monday, starting from November 10, 2025, covering transfers made during the previous week (e.g., November 3–9, 2025).
Winners will be credited directly every Monday and officially announced the same day across LemFi’s communication channels.

4. How to Participate

Participation is automatic. To be eligible, users must:

• Have a verified LemFi account (KYC completed);
• Send money through the LemFi app to an eligible country (in the XAF or XOF zone) between November 3 and November 30, 2025;
• Make a transfer of at least 100 GBP / USD / EUR / CAD.

Each valid transfer during the campaign period counts as one entry in the draw.
No additional registration or form is required.

5. Eligibility Criteria

Participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Reside in a country where LemFi is available (Europe, the UK, Canada, or the United States);
• Use a real and verified LemFi account;
• Have made at least one eligible transfer during the campaign period.

A user may make multiple transfers to increase their chances of winning, but can only win once per week.

6. Prize Distribution

Winners will receive a 100% refund of the amount sent during the relevant week.
Refunds will be credited directly to the winner’s LemFi account.
Winners will be randomly selected through LemFi’s internal system.
Refunds will be processed every Monday by LemFi’s finance team, before or shortly after the public announcement.

7. Announcement of Winners

Winners will be announced every Monday, starting November 10, 2025.
Announcements will be made through:

• Push notifications or emails sent directly to the winners;
• LemFi’s official social media channels (Instagram, X, Facebook);
• Other LemFi marketing channels.

These weekly announcements aim to maintain engagement, visibility, and excitement throughout the campaign.

8. Exclusions

The following are not eligible to participate:

• LemFi employees, partners, or paid influencers;
• Users who do not meet the eligibility requirements;
• Multiple, fraudulent, or suspicious accounts.

9. Disqualification

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any entry in the event of:

• Fraud, attempted manipulation, or suspicious activity;
• Non-compliance with these rules;
• Offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content related to the campaign.

10. Data Protection

All personal data collected will be used solely for the management of the campaign and verification of winners.
All data will be deleted within 30 days after the campaign ends.
No data will be sold or shared with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

LemFi shall not be held liable for:

• Technical issues preventing participation;
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by users;
• Delays caused by external providers or financial institutions.

12. Governing Law

The campaign is subject to the laws of the participant’s country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the participant’s place of residence.
