1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Lemfi (@uselemfi.fr) to boost online visibility on Instagram.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must follow @uselemfi.fr on Instagram.
• Participants must like the giveaway post.
• Participants must share the post on their Instagram stories and tag @uselemfi.fr.
• Participants must comment their name under the giveaway post and generate the most likes on their comment.
• The two participants whose comments receive the highest number of likes will be selected as winners.
• If the winner is in Africa, they must be based in one of Lemfi’s eligible sending countries.
• If the winner is in the US, EU, UK, or Canada, they must provide contact details of a loved one in an eligible African sending country, and the prize will be sent to them.

3. Prize

• Each of the two winners will receive a prize of €100.

• The prize will be transferred via Lemfi to the designated recipient in an eligible African country.

4. Duration

• The giveaway starts on 11 February 2025 and ends on 14 February 2025.

• Winners will be announced on the 14th of February 2025 via @uselemfi.fr’s Instagram stories and direct message.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be determined by the highest number of likes on their comment under the giveaway post.
In case of a tie, Lemfi reserves the right to determine the winner based on engagement criteria.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and selection of the next eligible participant.

6. General Conditions

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

• Participants must ensure they comply with Instagram’s community guidelines.

• Lemfi reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of using fake likes, bots, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

• Lemfi reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

7. Data Protection

• By participating, entrants agree to Lemfi using their Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.

• Personal information will only be used for the purpose of prize distribution and will not be shared with third parties.
