Terms & Conditions – LemFi Ghana Referral Campaign CA - Ghana

1. Campaign Overview

This campaign aims to drive new user sign-ups through referrals by rewarding existing LemFi users with Cashback for every successful referral.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign will run from January 20th 2026, to February 28th, 2026.

3. Participants Eligibility Criteria

Participating Referrers must ensure compliance with the following:

3.1 All existing LemFi users (“Participants”) must reside in Canada;

3.2 Participants must have a Verified LemFi account (participating users have completed KYC checks, and their LemFi account is unrestricted, not suspended or inactive).

3.3 Participants in the Campaign will have to obtain their unique Referral Code from LemFi and provide this to invited Friends & Family;

3.4 Referrers Invited Friends & Family members must fulfil (“Successful Referral Criteria”):

a) download the LemFi App using the unique Referral Code;

b) signup to services terms and conditions;

c) undertake at least one successful single money transfer of $100 CAD from Canada to Ghana during the Campaign Period.

4. What is the Cashback Reward

The Referrer is entitled to the Cashback Bonus if at least two (2) invited Friends & Family meet the Successful Referral Criteria

5. Participants Not eligible

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.

• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

• Individuals found to be abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.

6. How does the CashBack Reward Work

Generally, where a Participant invites a family and friend and the invited person downloads the LemFi App and completes a successful transaction of $100 CAD to Ghana, they will be entitled to $20 CAD CashBack. However, for every second Successful Referral (i.e., the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and so on), the Participant shall instead be entitled to $30 CAD CashBack.

All Cashback will be automatically credited into the Referrer’s account within ten (10) business days after verification or at the end of the campaign.

6. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Failing to meet the referral and transaction requirements.

• Attempting to refer to themselves or creating multiple accounts.

• Engaging in fraudulent activities or violating LemFi’s Terms of Service.

• Any other reason as determined by LemFi at its sole discretion.

7. Privacy & Consent

Personal data collected during this campaign will be used solely for campaign administration.

LemFi will not share user data with third parties without consent.

8. General Terms Applicable to this Campaign

LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, revoke or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.

LemFi is not responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may affect participation.

By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims related to their participation.

Any Cashback awards are subject to LemFi’s approval and such rewards might be withheld or withdrawn by LemFi for any reason whatsoever at the LemFi’s sole discretion at any time.
