Terms and Conditions for LemFi's "Pakistan Referral Boost" Campaign
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Pakistan Diaspora Referral Campaign. By participating, you agree to the following terms. LemFi may, at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice.
1. Program Overview
This is a limited-time "Top-Up" bonus for existing LemFi users in Canada referring new users to send money to Pakistan. This reward is provided in addition to the standard referral bonus currently active on the LemFi app.
2. Campaign Period
- Start Date: March 17, 2026
- End Date: March 31, 2026 (11:59 PM EST)
- Payout Date: All qualifying $20 (CAD) bonuses will be credited to the participant's wallet on April 5, 2026.
3. Eligibility & Qualifying Criteria
To earn the additional $20 (CAD) bonus, the following conditions must be met:
- The Referrer: Must be an existing, fully verified LemFi customer residing in Canada.
- The Referral: The referred person must sign up using the Referrer's unique link/code during the campaign period.
- The Qualifying Transaction: The referred user must successfully send a single transfer of C$100 or more to Pakistan between March 17 and March 31, 2026.
4. Prize & Reward Structure
- The Standard Bonus: Referrers will receive their standard referral bonus as per LemFi's existing global referral policy immediately upon the referral's qualifying transaction.
- The Top-Up Bonus: An additional C$20 will be awarded for each successful referral that meets the "Send to Pakistan" criteria.
- Cumulative Rewards: There is no limit to the number of C$20 bonuses a user can earn, provided each referral meets the criteria within the campaign dates.
5. How to Claim
- Share your referral code from the LemFi app with friends or family.
- Ensure your referral completes a transfer of at least C$100 to Pakistan by March 31.
- The standard bonus will hit your wallet instantly.
- Wait for April 5, 2026, for the additional C$20 per referral to be credited to your wallet.
6. Restrictions & Limitations
- This specific C$20 top-up applies only to referrals who send money to Pakistan. Transfers to other corridors do not qualify for the extra C$20.
- The referred user must be a new LemFi customer (cannot have a pre-existing account).
- LemFi reserves the right to void rewards if it detects "referral farming," self-referrals, or any fraudulent activity intended to game the system.
7. Receiving and Using Rewards
- Accrued bonuses are credited to the LemFi CAD wallet.
- Bonus funds can be used for future international money transfers.
8. Limitation of Liability
LemFi shall not be liable for any technical delays in transaction processing that cause a referral to be completed after the March 31 deadline. LemFi's maximum liability is limited to the value of the earned bonus.
9. Governing Law
This campaign is subject to the laws of Canada. Both the user and LemFi submit to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts in respect of any claims or disputes.
