Terms and Conditions – LemFi Fast Verification Incentive Campaign – 2026
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Fast Verification Incentive Campaign (the "Promotion"). Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer promotional incentives to eligible users of its services (a "Promotion"). Any prizes or incentives under such Promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.
By participating in the LemFi Fast Verification Incentive Campaign (the "Verification Campaign" or the "Promotion"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Promotion or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Promotion: The "Fast Verification Incentive Campaign" is a limited-time incentive where eligible new LemFi users based in Europe who complete full account verification within 7 days of signup will earn a €10 reward.
Reward: €10 credited to the eligible Participant's LemFi account upon successful completion of verification within 7 days of signup.
Promotion Period: May 20, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
Referral Code: Not applicable to this Promotion.
Participant: New LemFi users based in Europe who sign up during the Promotion Period and have not yet completed account verification.
Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.
1. LemFi Fast Verification Incentive Campaign
You may participate in this Promotion from May 20, 2026 to June 30, 2026, until the Promotion is terminated, withdrawn, suspended, or modified by LemFi. Eligible Participants who complete full account verification within 7 days of signing up during the Promotion Period will receive a €10 reward credited to their LemFi account.
2. Eligibility to Participate
This Promotion is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- Are aged 18 years and above;
- Reside in Europe (EU);
- Register a new LemFi account during the Promotion Period (May 20, 2026 – June 30, 2026);
- Have not previously completed account verification on LemFi prior to registration during the Promotion Period;
- Complete all required verifications within 7 days of their signup date;
- Comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi;
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
3. How to Qualify and Earn the Reward
- Register a new LemFi account during the Promotion Period (May 20, 2026 – June 30, 2026).
- Complete all required account verifications within 7 days of your signup date.
- Upon successful verification within the 7-day window, a €10 reward will be credited to your LemFi account.
- Each eligible Participant can only earn the reward once. Multiple accounts per individual will not be permitted.
4. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Rewards, and Winnings
- Participants must comply with LemFi's User Agreement and all applicable laws.
- Verification must be fully completed within 7 days of signup to qualify for the reward.
- Only verifications completed via the official LemFi platform qualify for the reward.
- LemFi reserves the right to disqualify participants based on fraudulent activity, account irregularities, duplicate accounts, or any breach of these Terms.
- LemFi is not responsible for any failure to contact a participant due to incorrect or outdated contact information.
5. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards
- The €10 reward will be credited to the eligible Participant's LemFi account within 7 working days of successful verification being confirmed.
- Participants must not be LemFi employees, affiliates, or influencers.
- This offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash outside of the LemFi platform.
- Each Participant is eligible for the reward only once, regardless of the number of accounts registered.
6. Receiving and Using Rewards
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke any reward if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the reward. Reward awards are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification.
LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, or Promotion-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way, or if any Participant's email address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Fast Verification Incentive Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Fast Verification Incentive Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Promotion, the award of rewards, or your compliance with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is subject to the laws of the European Union and the respective member state in which the Participant resides, to which the Participant and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
