Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "New Senders: Europe to Nigeria Boosted Rate" Campaign – January/February 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the New Senders: Europe to Nigeria Boosted Rate Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi New Senders: Boosted Rate Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The New Senders: Boosted Rate Campaign is open to new users who join LemFi from supported European countries to Nigeria between January 27, 2026, and February 22, 2026.

Reward: Eligible Participants will receive a boosted rate of ₦10 extra per €1 sent on every transfer from supported European countries to Nigeria during the campaign period. The boosted rate is applied to the amount received by the recipient in Kenya (i.e., the recipient gets an additional ₦10 for every €1 sent, on top of the standard exchange rate).

Promotion Period: The campaign begins on January 27, 2026, and ends on February 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET/CEST (or equivalent local time in participating European countries), or until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

Participant: The campaign is open to new LemFi users who create and fully verify their account in a supported European country between January 27, 2026, and February 22, 2026.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in one of the supported European sending countries (including but not limited to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and other countries where LemFi services are available in Europe), have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service applicable to their region.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign by joining LemFi and making transfers between January 27, 2026, and February 22, 2026, until 11:59 PM CET/CEST (or equivalent), or until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to new LemFi users aged 18 years and above who join during the Promotion Period.
Participants must reside in a supported European sending country, complete full account verification, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service applicable to their region.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
• Existing LemFi users (i.e., those who joined before January 27, 2026).

This campaign is open only to new LemFi customers who receive the official communication from LemFi (including in-app banners or notifications promoting this offer) upon joining or during the Promotion Period.

3. Reward

New senders from supported European countries will receive a boosted rate of ₦10 extra per €1 sent applied to every transfer to Nigeria made during the campaign period. This means the recipient in Nigeria will receive an additional ₦10 for every €1 sent (beyond the standard exchange rate applied by LemFi at the time of transfer).
The boosted rate applies to all qualifying transfers completed by the Participant during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Receive the Reward

• Join LemFi as a new user in a supported European country and fully verify your account between January 27, 2026, and February 22, 2026.
• Make a transfer from your supported European country to Nigeria using your Valid LemFi Account during the Promotion Period.
• The boosted rate of ₦10 extra per €1 will be automatically applied to every successful transfer to Nigeria that you complete within the Promotion Period.
• No additional action is required beyond joining, verifying, and completing qualifying transfers.

5. Restrictions Applicable to the Reward

• This promotion is only applicable to transfers from supported European countries to Nigeria.
• The boosted rate applies to every transfer made by the Participant during the Promotion Period.
• New senders who join and make transfers to Nigeria within the qualifying period will receive the boosted rate on all such transfers during the campaign.
• The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
• There is no limit on the number of transfers eligible for the boosted rate during the Promotion Period, subject to LemFi’s standard transfer limits, currency conversion rules, and verification requirements.

6. Receiving and Using the Reward

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, revoke, or withhold this offer if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms, the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
The boosted rate is applied directly to the recipient’s amount in Nigeria at the time of each qualifying transfer and cannot be accrued, carried over, or redeemed separately.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in this campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, application of the boosted rate, or your compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the reward.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This campaign is subject to the laws of the European Union (or the laws of the Participant’s country of residence within the EU/EEA where applicable), to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
