1. Campaign Overview

LemFi is offering existing users in Canada the opportunity to earn referral rewards through a Tiered Rewards Program running from September 3, 2025, to September 30, 2025.

• Canadian Users: Earn up to $160 in referral bonuses when you refer up to 3 new friends during the campaign.

• User Diaspora:

  • Canada Users: Users who transact to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka

Rewards are issued in tiers, with each additional referral unlocking higher rewards (see Section 3).

2. Eligibility

2.1 General Eligibility
To participate, users must:

• Have a Valid LemFi Account (see Section 2.3).
• Be located in Canada.
• Use their unique LemFi referral code to invite new users.

2.2 Referred Friends (New Users)
A referred friend is considered valid if they:

• Download the LemFi app during the campaign period.
• Sign up using the referrer’s unique code.
• Complete KYC verification.
• Make at least one successful qualifying transfer of $100 CAD (Canada) to an eligible receiving country.

2.3 Valid LemFi Account
A Valid LemFi Account is an account that:

• Is fully registered and active on the LemFi platform.
• Has completed KYC/identity verification.
• Is in good standing with no holds, restrictions, or fraud-related issues.

Only transactions made through a Valid LemFi Account qualify. Cancelled, failed, or reversed transactions are not eligible.

3. Tiered Rewards Structure

• All users are eligible for LemFi’s standard referral bonus.
• When a referred friend makes their first transfer of $100 or more, the referrer instantly receives the referral bonus defined within the LemFi app.
• This bonus is independent and continues to apply alongside the campaign-specific tiered rewards.
• To qualify for both the existing referral bonus and the campaign rewards, users must ensure that their friends sign up using the unique referral code provided in their LemFi app.
• Referrals not linked through the official referral code will not count toward rewards.

3.1 Reward Delivery

• Referral Rewards: Instant benefits credited directly to the referrer’s LemFi account balance once the referred friend signs up with the unique referral code and completes their first qualifying transfer of $100 CAD.

• Referral Bonus: The campaign-specific tiered incentive credited at the end of the campaign period. Bonuses are calculated based on the total number of successful referrals during the campaign. Rewards will be credited within 10 business days after the campaign ends.

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the LemFi platform.

3.2 Canada Users (in CAD)

• Refer 1 friend: $20 bonus reward (total $40 for 1 referral)
• Refer 3 friends: Extra $40 bonus (total $100 for 3 referrals)
• Refer 5 friends: Extra $60 bonus (total $160 for 5 referrals)
• Maximum reward during the campaign: $160
• Bonus will be credited only if the referred user transacts over $100 CAD.

4. Verification & Fraud Prevention

• LemFi reserves the right to verify all referrals for authenticity and compliance with campaign rules.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any user engaging in suspicious activity at its sole discretion.

5. General Terms

• This campaign runs from September 3, 2025, to September 30, 2025.
• Maximum reward during the campaign is capped at $160 for Canadian users.
• LemFi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign without prior notice.
• Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• All decisions by LemFi regarding eligibility, reward issuance, and disqualification are final and binding.

Disqualification
LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the LemFi platform or referral codes
• Violation of these terms

Personal Data
By participating in the Campaign, you consent to LemFi’s use of your personal data for:

• Administering the giveaway
• Contacting winners
• Marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME AND USE OF THE LEMFI APP SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). LEMFI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF ANY OTHER REWARDS IT MAY PROMOTE.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• LemFi’s decisions regarding all matters related to this promotion are final and binding.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• US Customers: This Referral Program is subject to the laws of the State of New York.

• UK Customers: This Referral Program is subject to the laws of England & Wales.

• Canadian Customers: This Referral Program is subject to the Canadian Arbitration Act in accordance with Canadian laws.

9. Other Terms and Conditions

• LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without notice.

• Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility, rewards, or compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to LemFi’s reasonable interpretation.

• If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use the Referral Programme in breach of these Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement, or in violation of any law, LemFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and/or void the rewards.
