TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Campaign “LEMFIÈREMENT KMER 🇨🇲”

1. Introduction and Legal Scope

These Terms and Conditions define the rules applicable to the promotional campaign entitled “LEMFIÈREMENT CAMEROUNAIS 🇨🇲”.
The Campaign is organized by LemFi, a brand operated by the following duly incorporated and regulated entities:

• Pomelo Remits Europe Ltd, a company registered in Ireland;
• Pomelo Technology Canada Ltd, a company registered and regulated in Canada;
• RightCard Payment Services Limited, a company registered and regulated in the United Kingdom.

These entities operate collectively under the LemFi brand, in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in their respective jurisdictions.
Participation in the Campaign implies full, complete, irrevocable, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Campaign

The purpose of the Campaign is to:

• Reward LemFi users who actively participate in promoting the platform;
• Encourage the referral of new LemFi users;
• Celebrate the Cameroonian community through a high-impact local initiative.

3. General Description of Prizes

As part of the Campaign, the following prizes are offered:

• Ten (10) motorcycles
• One (1) car

Description, Quality, and Availability of Prizes
The brands, models, colors, and exact specifications of the motorcycles and the car offered as part of the Campaign had not been finalized at the date of publication of these Terms and Conditions.
LemFi commits to ensuring that all prizes awarded are of good quality, meet local Cameroonian market standards, and are suitable for normal and lawful use.

Important:

• All prizes are must be collected exclusively in Cameroon;
• No international shipping or delivery outside Cameroon will be provided;

4. Campaign Duration

• Start date: Sunday, January 12
• End date: Sunday, February 22 at 11:59 PM (applicable local time)
• Draw date: February 23
• Winner notification: February 23 in the evening
• Official prize award ceremony: February 28th 2026 in Cameroon.

Any participation outside this period will automatically be deemed invalid.

5. Participant Eligibility

To be eligible, participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation;
• Hold a personal and verified LemFi account (KYC completed);
• Comply with all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Strict Exclusions
The following persons are not eligible to participate:

• LemFi employees;
• Service providers, agents, and business partners;
• Influencers, ambassadors, and paid or affiliated content creators;
• Immediate family members of the above.

6. Participation Rules

Participation in the Campaign is open to existing LemFi users, subject to the conditions outlined below.

6.1 Existing LemFi Users

Any LemFi user who already held a LemFi account before the start of the Campaign may participate, provided that they meet all of the following minimum requirements during the Campaign period:

• Complete one or more transfers via the LemFi application for a total minimum amount of 150 EUR during the campaign period;
• Refer at least two (2) new LemFi users, using their personal promotional code or referral link available in their LemFi application. (The additional 2 people referred must not have to refer additional nor send 150 euros, unless they want to now take part in the campaign)

The transfer of 150 EUR and the referral of two (2) individuals constitute the minimum participation threshold.

6.2 New LemFi Users Without an Identified Referrer

Any person who has never used LemFi before and does not have an identified referrer may participate in the Campaign provided they meet the following conditions:

• Download the LemFi application and create an account using exclusively the Campaign promotional code: LEMFIER237;
• Successfully complete registration and identity verification (KYC);
• Complete a first transfer of a minimum amount of 150 EUR during the Campaign period.

New users registered using the LEMFIER237 code will be counted as participants in the “LEMFIÈREMENT CAMEROUNAIS 🇨🇲” Campaign.

7. Increase in Chances of Winning

The total amount transferred and the number of new users successfully referred will be taken into account to increase a participant’s chances of winning.
No maximum limit is set, subject to compliance with LemFi rules and applicable laws.

8. Selection of Winners

A total of eleven (11) winners will be selected:

• Ten (10) motorcycle winners
• One (1) car winner

Winners will be selected by random draw, using a secure and impartial internal process.

9. Selection of the Final Prize Beneficiary

Exceptional Principle
The winner may, one time only, nominate a final beneficiary of the prize (e.g., a family member in Cameroon).

Strict Limitations

• The beneficiary information must be communicated at the time of initial prize confirmation;
• No change, substitution, or replacement will be accepted after validation;
• Under no circumstances may the prize:
  • Be resold;
  • Be transferred at a later date;
  • Be exchanged for cash;
  • Be assigned to multiple persons.

Any attempt to modify the beneficiary will result in cancellation of the prize. A winner shall only be entitled to one prize following the prize draw.

10. Winner Notification and Confirmation

Winners will be notified on February 23 in the evening via:

• In-app notification;
• Email and/or phone call.

Each winner has a strict period of 72 hours to:

• Confirm acceptance of the prize;
• Provide the information required for prize delivery.

Failure to Confirm
In the event of no response or refusal:

• The prize will be cancelled with no right of appeal;
• A new winner will be drawn.

11. Prize Award

• Prizes will be awarded on February 28, during an official event in Cameroon;
• The winner or designated beneficiary must be present at the Prize Award Ceremony and must present to LemFi:
  • A valid government-issued identification document;
  • Any supporting documents requested by LemFi.

LemFi reserves the right to refuse prize delivery in case of non-compliance.

12. Non-Transferability and Non-Conversion

Prizes are:

• Strictly personal;
• Non-transferable after validation;
• Non-exchangeable;
• Non-convertible into cash, LemFi credits, or any other benefit.

13. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

Any participation may be cancelled in the event of:

• Fraud or attempted fraud;
• Manipulation of the referral system;
• False information or falsified documents;
• Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

No compensation shall be due in the event of disqualification.

14. Personal Data

Collected data will be used exclusively for:

• Campaign management;
• Verification of participants and winners;
• Prize delivery.

Data will be processed in accordance with LemFi’s privacy policy and deleted within applicable legal timeframes.

15. Limitation of Liability

LemFi shall not be held liable for:

• Technical failures or service interruptions;
• Delays beyond its control;
• A winner’s inability to collect their prize for personal reasons.

16. Modification or Cancellation of the Campaign

LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time, particularly in cases of force majeure, large-scale fraud, or regulatory constraints or for any other reason, at its sole discretion.
